    Paid $48 For gas and smoke, money was taken from my account but the employee stated my card was declined, After calling the bank and verifying the charges were in fact charged from my account The circle K employee refused to give me any of my purchased merchandise.

    Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/08/11) */ The customers card when we tried to run it kept coming back insufficient funds. He showed my cashier that it was pending on his card. I told my cashier to let him know that sometimes that cards will put a hold on it and when it shows that it didn't go through it comes off. Before I could give her all the info, she told me that he told her that it came off and he left the store and didn't come back. If the customer would of came to us and showed us a bank statement with his personal info blacked out and we could see that the transaction did get processed on his end. I would have taken care of the customer but he said that it went back to his card before he left. So, I thought the issue was fine.
