Beware of Listing America A Complete Scam ? 0/5 Stars (If I could give negative stars, I would.)Listing America is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with. I signed up for their Premium Plan for $999, which promised "vetted listing leads" with a money-back guarantee if they failed to deliver. Not only did they fail to provide quality leads, but they also completely ignored my refund requestsfor ***********'s what happened:Awful Leads The leads I received were completely useless. None of them were serious sellers, and most were over an hour away from my target ********* **************** I have called, left voicemails, and emailed dozens of times since November. ZERO response. No accountability. They ghosted me after taking my money.False Money-Back Guarantee Their contract states that I was eligible for a refund within the first two months if they didnt deliver as promised. I requested a refund within that time frame, and they completely ignored me.Wasted ************ I have spent countless hours trying to get in touch with this company. Instead of running my real estate business, *** been chasing a company that refuses to respond or take ******************** ***************** Since Listing America has refused to refund my $999, I am now filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Florida Attorney General, and the ************************ (***). If I do not receive my refund soon, I will be pursuing legal action. If you are a real estate agent DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this scam of a company. They take your money and *************** Verdict:?? STAY FAR AWAY FROM LISTING AMERICA. ??If youre looking for real lead generation, spend your money elsewhere. This company is a fraud, and I will make sure other agents dont fall into the same trap.

On December 8, 2023 we entered into ****** ******* Listing Academy "Done for You" Program. After repeated opportunities, Mr. ******* fail to deliver on his promise to implement his program for us. He claimed to have a money bank guarantee, and after seeing that he would not be able to perform the work, we requested a refund on January 29, 2024, which he promised to do, but never did. Unfortunately, these seems to be a trend by Mr. ******* and we unfortunately are not the only ones to have been deceived by Mr. ******** We provided plenty of opportunities to make things right to Mr. ******* but he failed to take ownership and provide a refund as it was required.

I hired Listing Academy to create a video ad program for me through ****** to encourage real estate sellers to contact me for listings. He said he would build the responses and begin running the ****** ads for me and I paid him $3000 with the promise that I would have listings within a few months. ****** ******* didn't even start the work, didn't do any work for me and did not refund my money after I asked him over and over again for it. He gave me a guarantee and didn't even begin to do the work for me. What is concerning to me is that he has a past judgement in a Pinellas County Small Claims Court for doing the same thing to another realtor and is actively seeking new clients for his program.

This guy is the biggest scammer of the century. I read the reviews previously and spoke with him giving him a chance to do right as I spoke with him. He offered DFY system in which set up all the ads and provide the follow up system, guaranteed listing within 30 days for $700. He rushed me to make payment via Zelle to him, this was so stupid of me. He kept stalling with excuses about problems with emails and other excuses. 30 days later..well no system, no lead set up, no nothing. I requested my money back in which he did draft up a cancellation contract and kept saying he had 30 business days to give me my money. 30 business days came and went, didnt respond so now Im speaking to lawyers to get this law *** going. Its not much money, its the principle. He really out here scamming us agents.

*************************** sent me an email address and advertised for a 4 weeks course in real estate, plus he promised that he provides a Customer Relationship System for a year for free for $97. He guaranteed in an email that if for any reason we are not satisfied with the class, or the Customer Relationship software, we can get our money refunded and we can leave the program. I paid the money with my credit card. He sent a link to me after several days that I could not open. I tried to contact him several times by email and text and phone calls and no response from him. I asked for my money back in all of those correspondences and no response from him. I am a senior with health issues and what he is doing is fraudulent.

I entered an agreement with Listing Academy (***************************) on 9/21/2023 for $7,686, which was financed through Affirm. The agreement does have a guarantee with milestones at 30 days and 90 days. During the first 90 days, I was able to reach ****** with questions or concerns. At times, he was slow to respond, but I gave ***** on that. After the 90 days, communication discontinued and I could not reach him through all the methods that I was using previously, email, phone, text. I even logged on to one of his introductory webinars (where people end up signing up just like me)-and I commented in the chat that I'd been trying to reach him- which he responded I'll get back to you. After that webinar- I reached out via different email addresses (just in case)- and I also emailed and said that this was not working out for me since I was not receiving the guidance and coaching that was promised. I filed a dispute with Affirm- as they've already paid him in full and I am stuck making monthly payments on services that I have not received. I have no problem making the agreed upon payments if I were receiving the services promised. The program seems like a great platform, but I'm unable to get any of it started. I would like a refund.

I entered into a "Done for You" program with Listing Labs. The agreement was that I would pay $6250, which I did, and $297 monthly for continuing support. ******'s promise was that the program would generate $350,000 in commission income over the next year. The program was an abysmal failure. The agreement was if I was not satisfied with the program, I would be eligible for a full refund. I have attached the cancellation agreement signed by both ****** and me. I was to be reimbursed by the end of March 2023. It is now February 2024. I received $370 in the Fall and $5 last week. This is unacceptable. ****** and his program are a complete fraud. The entire operation is a Ponzi scheme. He paid off reimbursements out of new enrollees. Eventually, the negative reviews caught up to him, and people stopped signing up. In addition, the people paying the monthly subscription fee canceled as well. ****** is a con artist. He lies so much that there is no consistency in his explanations, excuses, and promises.

*************************** is a *****. He advertised offering a "Done For You" video advertising program for real estate agents. He was to supply you with scripts, provide video review and then place the ads for you. The program cost $1000 upfront then you agree to pay him $4000 when you have 5 closed real estate deals. He was paid via Zelle. He never provided anything but claimed multiple times it was due to others having issues, IE my website provider dropped the ball and had to change hosting companies, had to fire employees for not putting the stuff on his website. Eventually, he tells us that he has changed the program and you must now pay him $7200 for the same system that a company will ***************, if you aren't willing then he would refund the $1000. We opted for the refund. He still hasn't paid us the refund or provided us with the system he sold us. Now he is avoiding us.
