M&S Scooters next to Mosley Tire & across from Walmart. I was completely ripped off for $1743.98 without any regard or concern at all (if it wasn't a business purchase, this would be closely associated with fraud) but it is what it so, although I have never sued anyone in my life, I am likely filing a suit against The Owner ******* * ******** and M&S Scooters LLC for $1,743.98 plus court cost. The story is this. I dropped my son's 4 wheeler off, (a 2019 Honda 420 Rancher) to find out what was wrong with it and more then likely, have it repaired. I had heard nothing in 2 weeks so I called to check on it. Per the owner, the 4 wheeler was diagnosed and apart in the shop and parts to complete the repair was ordered and on the way. The entire top of the motor, valves, seals etc was bad and had to be rebuilt. The brakes we also bad. It was going to end up between $1,500 & $1,900. I WAS NEVER GIVEN A QUOTE OR ESTIMATE, OR ANYTHING PRIOR TO BREAK DOWN. That being said, I wanted it repaired and went with it. The bill was $1743.98 I paid and picked up the 4 wheeler. Brought it home and while taking it off the trailer, it overheated. Oil was on top of the motor, dip stick showed it empty and indicator on panel lit up. M&S Scooters was closed so I called and left a detailed message. I also said, it would be a week or 2 until I could get back up there. I took pictures and video with a time stamp just in case so there would be no doubt. I never got a call back. Fast forward to today, I brought the 4 wheeler in. I spoke to the owner, reminded him of me, the message, showed pics and video. He showed zero concern, care or any sense of urgency. In the end, he told me he wasn't going to do anything and to get out. He saud do whatever "I want to see what you got"
