      I purchased a vehicle from Wallace Jeep June 3, 2024 that was to be financed through ************** Crescent Bank was unable to complete the financing due to a lapse in my employment and told me to return the vehicle to the dealer as they were not able to complete funding of the vehicle. I reached out to Wallace to correspond return of the vehicle and they are refusing to return the vehicle and have ran my credit report over 15 times unauthorized also they are threatening me with repossession of a vehicle that the finance company was unable to complete the financing for. They are extremely rude and keep threatening me because they are upset the vehicle has to be returned. I am entitled to my down payment to be returned in full as the deal is not able to be closed as there is not financing that is able to be secured due to employment verification. The managers and the sales people are very unprofessional and not willing to assist and just wanting to try to force a loan upon me and even lie to the finance companies to process the loan. They are threatening to charge me per mile of the vehicle being gone but the vehicle not being able to be financed means the sale would have to be canceled by the dealer and the vehicle returned and all of my down payment refunded. I was texted by the sales manager ******* and also the sales representative ***** that Wallace Jeep was going to report this as an involuntary repossession but the vehicle is not able to be financed and told to be returned by the finance company and the financing was never secured or finalized let alone reported by the finance company which would mean Wallace Jeep reporting a repossession that is actual a sale that is not able to be financed so that is not true or correct and they are being very predatory.

      Dealership fixed rear differential (07/29-07/31) as the 4-wheel drive light kept showing up. I guess they did not diagnose why this was an issue? In addition the rear right tire was patched up there was a nail in it apparently and we paid for the patch. On 08/04 the light flashed once again so we called and were told to bring the car back Monday. We were then told that we need to buy a whole new set of tires by the service advisor Tuesday as that is causing the issue with a minimal explanation as to why?The main mechanic ***** Called us back at our request to explain that since we had a new tire put on the vehicle 5 months ago (which was outsourced as we were not made aware at point of sale that the car did not come equipped with a spare tire we called our salesman *********************** about this who essentially blew us off we decided to not get a new tire from the dealership. On the call with *****, he stated that we need to at the least get a new pair of front tires as the ***** right tire is causing the ***** axle to throw a sensor throwing off the rear differential and burning out the 4-wheel drive. The invoice I was given says that the REAR right tire is the one causing issues as it is worn uneven, burning the 4-wheel drive out (so the stock tire that came with the vehicle?) This directly contradicts what was told to me on the phone. I have had nothing but issues with Wallace Jeep Dodge and Ram. From the salesman (***********************) making me feel as though I was 100% swindled out of half of a hundred thousand dollars, failed to make me aware of the fact that the vehicle did not come equipped with a spare (leaving me stranded on the side of a highway for 13 hours down in *********), and then proceeded to ignore me when I tried making him aware of said issue. To the head mechanic who has never made me feel confident or trustworthy of his diagnosis, and instead talks over me and does little to resolve my confusion.
