    Friends, I'm sorry to say ... Prescription Hope is basically a scam. I wish I had read these reviews a long time ago. Once in awhile, you can get ahold of someone who is *super* nice and helpful, but mostly, you get the runaround and there are plenty of people who do not fall into the nice or helpful category.After using their services for a few years, thinking this was the only way I could access a specific medication I need, but doing *all* of the runaround every single month, which takes hours of my time (calling my doctor, calling the pharmacy, calling the pharmaceutical company, calling the manufacturer, calling *******, filling out paperwork, getting denied and filling out *more* paperwork, etc.) I finally asked -- hey, what exactly am I paying you to do?!? Can I please at least get a refund for the months when I didn't *receive* my prescription? They literally "dropped the call." That's when I found out I can completely cut them out of the equation and just do the paperwork directly through Takeda / Helping Hand. My prescription will be COMPLETELY FREE and I'll pay myself that $60 for the work I did. Not Prescription Hope, who literally did ... very little if anything at all.

    I was just looking around the web trying to find a company that offers lower prescription prices for patients who are struggling financially. They charged me $60 and never contacted me about it. They say on the main page that clients will not be charged anything until they speak with the patient's doctor. I did not follow through with this company because I had a bad feeling about them, so I left the website. How they got my debit card number, I don't know. I do know I will be reporting them to the *** and have contacted my bank about their fraudulent behavior.***********************

    They took 60 dollars from and I told them I had ******** and they denied me automatically. I needed Ozempic for help with weight loss and they denied me because I had ********. I asked for a refund and they said they would not give a refund because they offered me other medications for insulin basically. I'm not a diabetic and I cannot take insulin and they said I was still denied because I wouldn't take insulin. I'm going to file a urgent report on this with whatever authorities I have to. They need to send me back my full refund.

    They charge $60/month/medicine. I have paid them for the past three months $180 and have not recieved any of my asthma medicine. It is extremely difficult to live life and go about my daily activities when I can't breathe. I've cancelled my perscription with them but have been told they do not refund money. They keep stating they "provide a service" yet no service was provided for me. The nurses kept sending in my prescription and Prescription Hope representatives kept telling me nothing was sent in. They even told me NURSES LIE!They are a scam.

    I did pay the application process fee . I did never receive any medication because my Dr never fill in the forms for my medication. So why do they still want too take money off . And send me bills.

    Started the application process, kept reading the fine print that follows each step. Decided not to continue and now I am getting phone calls from a Russian number with Kazakhstan as the origin +7(727)794-76-3 wanting to talk to me. Why would a reputable company use this number?

    I had my husband applied for assistance with his medication Rytary two months ago, and submitted all documents required. After a month, I received a call that the paperwork was never received and requested submission again. I continuously continue to receive communication of missing documents and continue to submit them. It is my observation that the person(s) attending the review of documents is not very organized and in term are inconveniencing the consumer and delaying the process. Our credit card was charged and still no med.Very disappointing!!!
