On May 8, 2024 I had my car serviced at Treasure Coast Toyota. They have serviced my car since i purchased it.On May 11th I headed North on I 95 to my Daughter's house in ************, Fl for Mother's Day. After a short time I heard a noise on my right front. I exited in *****************, ******* and pulled in a parking lot at ****. I called my Geico road service because ii didn't know what was wrong. After about 45 minutes I called Geico to speak to a rep. ** checked and most auto repairs were closed. I decided to drive to ***************** Toyota. They were extremely busy and couldn't check it for a few hours plus there would be a $100 fee. I called Treasure Coast Toyota and they were getting ready to close. I noticed the noise discontinued so decided to go back on 95. The noise started again so i got off I 95 again. I was so upset and frustrated and extremely hot. I saw a ********* was open and decided to try them. They asked if i had gotten an oil change which was yes. The oil pan was loose which was a mistake by Toyota. Luckily I only paid $10.69 plus tip. I was behind 3.5 hours to travel to my daughter's which is 5 hours. She checked motels so i stayed in ***** at a Budget Inn since it was the cheapest. It was a big mistake to stay there it was very disgusting.I was stressed, tired and very upset. I didn't have extra money for a motel but had no choice. The next day i arrrived safely at my daughter's. This whole thing ruined my Mother's Day. So Monday I called T. C. Toyota but my advisor, ********* was not there. I called Tuesday and spoke to him about the problems. ** apologized and said he would talk to the service manager. As of this date no phone calls or emails. I emailed twice to ********* and called everyday for a week to speak to either one. Nothing no answer. I believe that I should get some reinbursement for my expenses. I have always had good service but this is unacceptable being ignored.I am not living in that area now so i don't want a credit.Initial Complaint

False advertising, this dealer participated in the Toyota smart path claims to be A New Way To Buy Your Next Toyota, I use this process to purchase a vehicle, I got confirmation and waited to finalize the purchase with the dealer, when I call the dealer, and talk to the manager **************, he said the deal can not be completed and basically told me its false advertising and the vehicle that I purchased and confirmed by Toyota they sold it to someone elseInitial Complaint

I took my vehicle in because the 4WD was not working and had my mechanic troubleshoot to ensure it wasn't an electrical problem. He came to the conclusion that it was the actuator on the transfer case and to take it to Toyota because it is covered under the 60k drivetrain warranty. I told Toyota of the Treasure Coast that my mechanic believes the issue resides at the actuator when they took the car in which would be covered under the warranty. They kept my vehicle overnight and told me that the "bolts were tampered with" and that they will not cover it under warranty. My mechanic specifically stated they did not touch the actuator other than unplugging the 8 or 10 pin power connector to it. He never opened or touched the actuator. Toyota's mechanics NEVER showed me pictures or proved anything had been touched. Further, I believe they used the information I provided them with and marked the actuator bolts to avoid warranty coverage. I was never told by Toyota what was wrong with the vehicle until I picked it up and they stated it was a seized actuator. This means they opened it up and diagnosed it while telling me they never went in it. This is a $3k repair they are now pushing onto me with a new vehicle that has 42k miles on it. I've tried to bring this complaint up the chain through Toyota corporate but they are not willing to help as well. THIS SHOULD BE COVERED BY MY POWERTRAIN/DRIVETRAIN WARRANTY AND I WOULD EXPECT THEM TO STAND BY IT. I never trusted this dealership and now I can see why.
