    My husband recently has tried to get this company to repair his **. He put in a repair order to have his slide out panel repaired. He contacted the company April 14,2023 to set up a date to have the panel repaired. My husband was told that he first needed to purchase a new battery, which he did. He was told now to check to see if that would resolve the problem , which it didn't. He called the company back and they informed him that it might be relay or control board. My husband was informed that they would be there on Thursday, April 20th. On April 20th ,No one showed up at our home in ******* to make any repairs. I was annoyed, so I called the company myself and spoke to a young lady. She stated that the repair people had no knowledge of this repair date. So I made another appointment for May 4th. The young lady called me on May 3, to confirm this appointment. I called her back and left a message to tell her that the ** was open and the keys were in draw inside the **. My neighbor, who lives across the street was on the look out for the gentlemen. Once again, they didn't show up. My husband called and left another messages but no one has returned his calls. We are trying to sell the ** and they are holding up the sale.
