            Highly dissatisfied with the way they do business. My mother goes to get work done. One appointment to check for the work. Than trying to rush her in there same day after tell her (when making said appointment) no work can be done same day. You schedule the appointment for the extraction, now it should be out of her hands and in yours with the insurance company. But now that the work is done, and it's coming up to a month after the work. She gets a bill from you for the insurance side, they declined it. Call the insurance company and they said you never sent a pre-op form. How is she suppose to know this. Now you are trying to force her to pay for something that the insurance company will take care of. The fact to told me to my face we deal with a lot of insurance companies smh make a list of all their rules. The fact that you let this slip through your fingers. I wonder what you all screw up on and make these elderly patients pay for on their fixed income. Shame on you
