I'm really disappointed with the action's of dentist, dentist assistant and office staff with Smile Design clinics location being: 1780 SE 108 AVE SUITE 101 SUMMERFIELD, FL 34491...As discussing my visit and how it went and all on Tuesday 11092021, with mom, she stated that she had been to this same office and they were mean to her, that the person working on her mouth doing her X-ays snapped at her and very meanly told her ""well lady if you'd just keep tongue still"" Excuse me you vile mindless person working on my mother, you should be fired and I will be searching you out and filing a report and turning it into Jacksonville on my mom's behalf and my behalf. I remember now that I was in this SUMMERFIELD OFFICE, a couple of year's ago and they pulled the same issues of trying to SCAM ME OUT OF POCKET FOR MONEY I DIDN'T HAVE THAN AND DO NOT HAVE NOW. My UNITED HEALTHCARE COVERS MY TEETH CLEANING EVERY YEAR. AND NO I DO NOT NEED TO PAY YOU ANYTHING. YOU TOLD ME I WILL HAVE TO PAY $416.00. NO I WILL NOT AND YOU ARE WRONG. SHAME ON YOU FOR BEING MEAN TO THE ELDERLY-" MY MOM" AND ROBBING THE POOR - "ME" AND ANY OTHER PERSON THAT'S POOR. I'm only bringing my SSDI of $814.00 a month, to which may car loan gets $396.00 and my rent portion is $400.00 a month, yes exactly without snap, I. wouldn't have much left for groceries. SHAME SHAME ON THIS PLACE AND ALL YOUR OTHER FACILITY'S. YES I'VE READ MANY OF PREVIOUS PATIENTS REVIEWS AND THEY ARE DISTURBING. STOP TRYING TO BLAME PEOPLE WHEN YOU ARE AT FAULT. GREAT DAY ALL. Anyone who reads this not affiliated with this place andor places for SMILE DESIGN DENTISTRY. I feel ya, what they have done and continue doing to people, than act like it's someone else's fault and problem is beyond me. Rant over, seriously doubt it if anything will occur from my input on here or anyone else's. But its was worth a try anyways right there Miss Hall.
