I contacted Capri to use their services to take my elderly parents to airport.********* CAPRIGLIONE is the owner and charge my credit card an unauthorized amount. We told him a $30 tip and he charged *****. This is Fraud. I requested a refund and he declined. I have my credit card statement which proves the charge. Most important is the vehicle his employee ******** used was a *********** suburban that had fumes coming through the vent. It made me and my family members sick. When we were dropped off at the airport all of us felt sick. His vehicle is a high risk to public health and should be investigation by the State or federal agency that regulates these services.Business Response

Im very concerned about his vehicles spewing fumes into the cabin? My family along with my elderly parents were in his vehicle (felt very sick after getting to airport) which obviously is not safe to transport people. This person who sent the complaint is a liar!!!! Our vehicles are brand new, never in 5 years has there been any type of complaint like that.
He told our driver to put 20% gratuity, he's not being honest. Either way we refunded it.

8/2/23 I was charged $148 by Capri Trans. for a ride to the airport and $148 for the return home. I cancelled the trip and was told I would receive a refund on my credit card. 9/19/23 I received a $148 credit for the trip to the airport, but not for the return trip home. I have spoken to Capri Transportation numerous time and was assured that I would receive a refund for the remaining $148. As of 11/14/23 I have not receive my $148 refund for my return trip home.Business Response

One reservation was CREDITED, the second reservation was VOIDED. We were able to void because the credit card payment was yet to be made. BOTH RESERVATIONS SHOW
A BALANCE DUE OF 148., BECAUSE ONE WAS CREDITED AND ONE WAS VOIDED. THERE'S NOTHING MORE WE CAN DO, HE NEEDS TO CALL HIS BANK.

I am rejecting this response because:On 8/2/2023 I was charged $148 and $148 for reservation #***** and for reservation #*****.
On 8/30/2023 I paid my August statement, which included the two $148 charges.
On 09/19/2023 (48 days later) I was credited $148 for reservation #*****.
On 09/26/2023 (55 days after the charge) reservation #***** was voided.
I have documentations for all the above.
I spoke to the bank, they said a credit was never issued and it appeared that Capri Transportation voided the transaction out of their system without issuing a credit.
If Mr. C********** could provide documentation from his bank showing were on 9/26/2023, $148 was paid to me, I would be greatly appreciated.

Feb 11, 2023, reservation for transportation to & from Orlando Airport. Charged My **** card $288.00.I cancelled this reservation on March, 8, 2023. Reason for cancellation medical problem, I was diagnosed with cancer of the bile duct. I sent Capri a copy of Dr. B***** MD, Gastroenterology. I will need surgery by the end of March, with a 2 week hospital stay & 8 weeks recovery. Cancellation is For May 17 & May 24, Capri has plenty of time to rebook this and has had my deposit for month. Made airport transportation reservation with Capri Transportation 352 268-2609 on 04/25/22 and canceled reservation same day. I have e-mail confirmation from Capri on both events. Cancelled Reservation Confirmation ****** Last Modified On: 04/25/2022 01:59 PM My credit card was charged and there has been no credit from cancelation. I called 3 times and Capri acknowledged cancelation but still no credit on card. I called Credit card company who has been trying to get monies for almost 2 months with no success. 2 weeks ago, I contacted Capri again and the lady took information. A few years ago, I was a driver for Capri Transportation. I allowed the owner use of my credit card to rent a van to help his company. He promised to pay me before my card payment was due, buy that did not happen. He owes me over $4,000, for this and other expenses.Business Response

As the company continues to become busier the payment will rise. COVID has become more than one can handle.
