I ordered a Classic 1 trailer from WeeRoll, LLC (owner Tom C*****) on 11/19/20 and put down a deposit of $1,995. The build time was projected to be 6 months. I called to check on the progress 2/19/21 and again on 4/15/21 and was told supply chain issues were causing delay. I called again 6/8/21, 7/8/21, 7/9/21, and 7/19/21 and was finally informed by "Bruce" that the trailer was not completed yet but should be soon. I called again on 8/9/21 and Tom said that his GA supplier was unable to meet deliverables and that I could get a refund on my deposit. I told him I wanted a refund and sent a follow up e-mail for confirmation. I received a letter from WeeRoll, LLC. that stated that my deposit will be refunded in 6 equal installments plus 5% interest. After numerous calls and prodding e-mails I finally received two checks, the first for $332.50 on 9/01/21 and the second for $250.00 on 10/28/21. I have not received any other payments since. Now comes months and months of WeeRoll, LLC. increasingly evading my calls, not returning calls, and not answering e-mails, etc. On 1/27/22 I spoke to "Bill Reagans". He said he was handling the deposit returns. We verified the amount owed and he said they were processing checks soon and he would keep me informed. I have NOT received the amount still owed ( $1,412.50 + interest) to date and I have not been kept informed of anything. All phone calls and e-mails (3/8/22, 3/9/22, 3/11/22, 3/15/22, 3/16/22, 3/17/22, 3/18/22) have NOT been returned or answered. I have been very patient and understanding since November 2020 including delivery delays, supply chain issues, Covid-19, return payment schedule, etc. but am no longer. I feel like I have been lied to and scammed. All I want is my deposit money returned to me.
