    I've used Hamrick VueScan software to enable me to use my old HP scanner for many years. First, Version 9.2.02 was installed on my old 2012 Macbook Pro, and then later a 2019 Macbook Pro. My new 2021 Macbook can no longer run the old version so I purchased the upgraded edition license. It works perfectly and I like the newer features. It has enabled me to scan the hand-drawn artwork that I use to create my books and graphic novels with the highest possible resolution for print.I have never had any problems at all over 12+ years of using this software across multiple computers, and the price is well worth the value.

    I purchased a subscription for their software to operate my HP ScanJet 5370C to Windows 10 on 10/5/22. The software did not work. I contacted them immediately and did what Ed *********************** owner, suggested. That didn't work. So I requested a refund of $9.95. and cancelled the subscription. Over the next four days of exchanging emails, and ignoring his insults, he refused to refund the $9.95.There was never an apology from Mr. *********************** only insults that I would complain over the "price of a hamburger." I find that insulting.I would never suggest that anyone make a purchase from this company.
