    I hired them for finding me a nanny. They sent me 2 options those people were unqualified and it didnt workout. They failed to provide an actual person. I sent them ************************************************** and they refuse to refund my money.

    Firstly, I would like to clarify that our team has made extensive efforts to meet your needs by providing multiple qualified nanny candidates. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, you expressed dissatisfaction with more than six individuals we sent, which is a significant number. It is important to note that our staff reported experiencing abusive behavior from you, which created a challenging working environment for them.
    In addition, there were instances where nannies were not compensated appropriately for their services, as agreed upon. Despite these difficulties, we continued to strive to find a suitable candidate for you.
    It is essential to highlight that you currently owe us $400 for the services rendered and the efforts invested in this matter. We are open to discussing this situation further to reach an amicable resolution.
