    On September 29 and 30, 2024, I paid a total of $28,494 via wire transfer (as instructed by the company to avoid a 5% credit card fee) to Business First International LLCs bank account with **************************** in ********. This payment was for the purchase of business class tickets for travel from *********** to ********, *********** (December 20, 2024), then to ******, ********* (December 28), and returning to *********** (January 4, 2025).As of today, 28 days after the payment was received on September 30, 2024 by the company, the company has failed to deliver the tickets. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, including direct communication with their agent, **** ***, and a formal complaint sent via email on October 21, 2024, I have received no satisfactory response or resolution from the company.After reviewing four similar complaints on the BBB website, all involving the company taking payments via wire transfer without providing the promised tickets, I am concerned that this is part of a scam. I am requesting that Business First International LLC return my full payment of $28,494 immediately to avoid further legal action. I submitted my bank account information to the company for Business First International LLC to send me the full refund.

    I HAVE been working for Years with *********. I have a round trip ticket from **** to *** ..i was able to leave **** but the return has yet been dated. It was open. Of greater concern, i had paid for 4 round trip tickets *** to ******. We were to depart Sept 16. I sent over 8 emails to ********* asking where the tickets were..no answer. So yesterday i had to purchase $22,000 of tickets. That was ONE WAY. I keep hoping she will at least fly me back on Oct 9 (I paid for round trip) the return was Oct 9 IST to SJO. 4 persons. So it will cost me another $22,000. And why doesnt she answer me? Did the company fail? And will I receive a refund. My name is ***** Money.     18th July paid for two tickets and since then no contact from them, no tickets and will not answer emails.This is a complete scam

    On January 22, 2024 ******* from Business First International LLC sent me an invoice for $7,732 for two business class tickets on *************** flight from ******* to ****** return. The airline tickets are for June 11, 2024, returning June 20, 2024. I paid the invoice by wire transfer as instructed.Over the period June 1, 2024 through June 8, 2024 I have asked for an airline confirmation code or reference number. On June 6, 2024 I received the response Sorry for the delay. Our ticketing staff is checking on your booking with the airlines at the moment. I will get back to you shortly. from *******, but nothing since.I have come to realize that this business is a scam and that any positive reviews must be fake.I have not received any information to confirm the airline tickets. I have not received any further communication from the business despite numerous emails and phone messages.Ideally I would receive the tickets, for the indicated dates or for an agreed upon date in the future as promised or a refund if the business can not provide the tickets.

    March 5, 2024 $8732.00 Tickets purchased by Wire Transfer to travel by Business Class from LA to ****** and return from ******* to LA Money Wired to business that has not issued the tickets and has not answered calls, email, or certified mail to its office in ********, ******** Also, filed a complaint with New York Attorney Generals ************************ We just want a refund if this is not a fraudulent company.
