    I would like to ask for help to get in contact with the real estate company I am renting the unit I live in. Since I moved into the unit I had a hard time reaching this company. The agents name is ****** *****************. She was helping at the beginning to get me in contact with the people who is responsible for unit maintenance, but then she disappeared as well. The phone number for the company she provided never responses and there are no more response through tenant portal.The unit I moved in was not in a good condition, I needed to move urgently I took it with the terms and conditions to repair it after my moving in. They were very hard to communicate, nobody was getting to my requests about the fridge beeping and ac was not properly and door in the bathroom was hanging not properly and wasnt fitting on the door frame. But ****** asked somebody to get back to me and they did repair it after a few months of trying to communicate with them.Then recently I had a big issue with the fridge (which is old and my building has a lot of requests of maintenance due to its age, you can talk to *********** front desk about it) they have never responded neither to me nor to the building association which contacted them for me, because the fridge started licking and the floor was on the floor and I had to through out my groceries as well, they have never responded to anybody. And my building (security) advised me to call for maintenance help (they provided me with the contact information of the company who does a maintenance for the building). They advised me to receive help, pay for it and attach the receipt to the payment with deduction of this maintenance fee, since they dont respond whatsoever. I have done that, I also requested a maintenance request on the portal a multiple times, uploading a supporting videos and pictures of whats going on, and they have never responded. I only get a late fees for the portion I deducted from a monthly payment. Which is unfair.

    The Tenant was in a misunderstanding of the terms of the Lease Agreement. However, she now fully understands her rights and duties. She has already paid the balance she owed, and theres no further action needed at this time. We are glad that the relationship has come back to normal amicably.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Kindly find attached with the information I sent earlier when GF Real Estate started harassing me with eviction right after BBB has contacted them initially  in regards to this matter. And GF Real Estate wanted to get rid of me, these people are acting like they are not responsible for anything accept of charging money for no reason not being in contact with their Tenant what so ever unit got contacted with BBB.

    Since I was not planning on moving , especially not up to my decision and out of nowhere, just because they are mad about me not agreeing on taking advantage of me, I had to make a payment to stop them blackmailing me that they will evict me. Even though I am counting on BBB will do a justice , I understand that it takes some time. So I had to act right away and made the payment to stop them charging $100 per day for a fee and stop eviction process.

    I am not agree on any action they did against me. And I attached to BBB all the files which show how many times I was trying to get a hold of anybody and nobody got back to me when me and building needed their assistance. They broke the legal agreement with disregarding Tenants and other building habitants safety and comfort. Since the decision maker didnt responded to neither me nor the building , the building asked me to make a decision on repair.

    I also couldnt live without the fridge till the end of the lease which is until summer 2023 and having the floor being covered with water constantly. So I had to invite maintenance provided by the building. The only time when GF Realty got back to me was when they got contacted by BBB, and because they were mad about it they started harassing me with a multiple fees and 3 days notice charge even though I have never missed any monthly payments. Every time was on time including the last current one.

    I need them to adjust the next monthly payment price deducting the amount they made me to pay taking advantage of me.

    We did our best to resolve this issue amicably, and we honestly thought that we have done so. Unfortunately ************************ is still very emotional and confused. All we have done as the Landlord's Agent is follow his instructions and the legal procedures, always with all the necessary respect to the Tenant's position. Since ************************ has paid the money she owed, there is no further action from our end. We have already closed this claim. Warmest Regards.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Again, the business didnt get back to me neither to the building for entire month, when it was an emergency situation. They only responded to me on the day when BBB Bureau contacted them. And over charged me for no reason. I need GF Real Estate to credit me amount of $585 which I paid , so dont start eviction, to the next monthly payment. I need a refund for this money and I am asking BBB to help me do the justice .

    This issue was not resolved, but got escalated.
