    I ordered a blood glucose monitor. I received a pulse oximeter. I went through ****** and contacted the company directly. I sent picture proof of what I received, and they said that their warehouse shipped the correct item. ****** closed the complaint. I contacted the company again and received the same response. All I want is to get the blood glucose monitor that I ordered. .

    I believe there is a mistake with this complaint. Elite Guard and Patrol Services, Inc. is a security guard company. We do not deal with any buying or selling of any products including blood glucose monitors or pulse oximeter's.

    We provide security services and concierge to luxury condominiums in *************. Please feel free to contact us with anything further.

    They towed my car for no reason ! And they were extremely rude and unprofessional!!

    Good afternoon,

    I hope all is well. Upon further investigation, ********** has determined that the action of towing was justified based on security reports received from our Security Director ***********************************. Please see attached security reports documenting the occurrence. Additionally, I contacted Mrs. ***************** and requested the official amount of the towing, which she stated was $145.00. I also requested a description of the vehicle in question. ***************** described a Silver/Gray Lexus SUV. As can be seen in "Picture 2" of report labeled "05/27/2023 Violation", a Silver/Gray Lexus SUV was parked in the "Fire Lane" at that time. The Director also noted that the vehicle did not have any forms of identification or parking passes visible.

    Based on all the available evidence surrounding this claim, and in lieu of our subsequent findings post investigation, we appeal this claim and respectfully request the agency to dismiss the charges against **********.
