      I was hit from behind by one of their insurers. I filed my claim and have never heard back from these people. I have contacted ************************* the adjuster and she calls once hangs up fast and never returned any of my calls. The insured was driving **** and hit me at a red light. This is the worst insurance company ever and I am filing complaints on every avenue when it comes to them blatantly ignoring a claim. I video recorded the whole incident and have the insurer admitting fault on film so they will be held liable and Ill get more than them just simply fixing my 2024 suv.

      Someone crashed their car into my house and car at the same time, we filed a claim with this person's insurance on 06/17/24 and we have been going back and forth with the adjuster from Pearl Holding Group, ********* ******* They are not professional at all while communicating with the claimants, no response to my emails or calls and if they decide to respond it takes forever and not on a friendly manner or answering my questions. It's been almost a month and we want this resolved as soon as possible since there is a whole on my house and my car is a total loss. I have provided all the documentation they requested and this has not been resolved or processed in a properly manner.

      Subject: Complaint Against Pearl Holding Group for Unresponsive Claim Handling I am writing to file a formal complaint against Pearl Holding Group regarding their failure to respond to my insurance claim (S33W4127-02-****). Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, I have received no satisfactory response or resolution from the company.In February of 2024, I submitted a claim to Pearl Holding Group for reimbursement for the repair of my vehicle, which cost me $900.00 out-of-pocket. Since then, my interactions with the company have been fraught with difficulties. Whenever I call, I am told that the system is down or placed on hold, only to be disconnected. Additionally, they claim to have sent me correspondence that I have never received.I am seeking the BBB's assistance obtaining a resolution from Pearl Holding Group. I expect to be reimbursed for the $900.00 I spent on vehicle repairs. All relevant documents, including repair receipts and correspondence records, have been submitted to this company several times

      Policy number P050021452002 was cancelled on 06/21/24. $389.15 was still debited from my account on 06/27. I called to find out why. I was told there was a mistake on the "term" date. Instead of becoming Inactive on 06/26 at 12:01 am, the young lady who helped me, added a term date of 7:54pm?I was given this explanation on 06/27 when I called. I emailed the cancelation that I signed on 06/21, to the 2nd lady I spoke to. The issue was supposed to be resolved.I called again on 07/03 and was told there was no cancelation on file!! I had to sign another cancelation. 2 weeks have gone by and my money hasn't been refunded. My reason for finding another insurance was because I can't afford 389! Not only did i still pay 389, I also paid for new insurance!!!

      I had a claim against one of their insured. When inquiring about the claim, they have an outside adjuster called ***************************** which is impossible to get a hold of. This is the worst, no has gotten back to me since having car inspected by yet another outside company. It has been very frustrating to get my car fixed by this company.

      I got into a fender ****** which damaged my cars brakes and the other party was at fault. I sent in a claim under their insurance and completed all the required documents they sent me in a timely manner. The other party never filled out their documents and gave the run around for about a months time. I called every day for an update from the company to which they told me the same thing, they were waiting on him. During this time, the company servers went down for 2 months and I could get no update on my case. When they came back up, they told me my car was a total loss which confused me because they never asked me to send my car to a mechanic to get a quote or come to check the car themselves, they went off pictures. They claim that the minor bump in my front bumper and the brakes not working deemed my car to be a total loss. I didn't believe this total loss claim so I took it to a mechanic myself to get a quote. To which, they said it was a small $160 fix for the brakes. So I took the quote back to the insurance company and showed them that my car was indeed not a total loss. Even after the mechanic quote and showing them my car is drivable, they took yet another month to get back to me and still claim its a total loss and will not investigate any further. I looked up Florida's total loss law, and it stated that if the costs of repairs is 80% or less of the value, then the insurance needs to fix the car. The cost of repair to my car is only 11% of the value. Even after sending them this information, they still will not reimburse me the $160 for the cost of damages.

      I'm writing in regards to Pearl Holding Group/Ocean Harbor Insurance - Univista Insurance's refusal to settle my accident claim involving their insured, ***************************************. The accident occurred January 30, 2024 at about 7pm on ******************, near my home in *********. ******** swerved into my lane, striking my car, after I saw his mobile phone fell from his shoulder, and he bent over to receive it. He immediately stopped, apologized and admitted fault. I insisted on calling the police to file a report, which I did immediately. I was told that the Florida Highway Patrol was responsible for Pleasant *************. and that a trooper would respond. While we waited, ******** and I exchanged driver's licenses and ********************** coverage cards, and we both took pictures of the damage to our vehicles. After waiting for almost an hour with no trooper responding, I called 911 again and was told that due to other accidents with injuries in the area, no trooper was immediately able to respond, and the dispatcher couldn't tell me when one would be. I asked about the need to wait to have a report written, and I was told that as long as neither me or ******************** was injured and we had exchanged license and ********************** info, that we didn't have to wait for a trooper to file a report and that we could deal with our respective insurance carriers. It was very cold, and ******** was anxious to reach his destination nearby. Pearl Holding Group has delayed and refused settlement, recently stating that they are unable to reach ********************, and without his admission of fault, they cannot settle the claim. I've found the company to be very unprofessional and unwilling settle my claim. During a period in April, discussions were delayed, because reportedly their systems were down for about a week! I'm very frustrated, especially of the relatively small amount involved. I have all correspondence, and I've attached photos of the damage to both vehicles. Please help!

      I did an insurance claim back on 03/11/24 for my 2023 *** sportage. From the starts is was a hassle with getting in contact with someone. So finally ***************************** called me and sent a email with body shop info and I explained from the object I hit my check engine light came on and damage front bumper. She stated to me that I would have to take into a shop to get looked at . But that didnt happen after another three weeks before an adjuster finally came out to my house. So my car wasnt inspected throughly. So I didnt hear from anyone and I kept calling and on May 16th,24 I finally got ahold of ***************************** and I informed her that I didnt hear from anyone and my vehicle was getting worse by the day. At that point she sent me over an estimate for $2,768 and I could take my car to the shop and once the deductible came out it was only $1,768. Once the car made it to the shop the Clewiston Collision autobody shop. They did the supplement claim for the damage underneath my vehicle. We have been getting the run around for weeks now. Im paying $489 for a rental car and pearl holding group doesnt pay for. We have contacted corporate office and sent emails and faxes and no response from anyone. I was told by ************** need to speak with ******************************* ************ but she wont answer or return calls. I had to pay $3,100 out of pocket to the autobody shop not to mention over $2,500 on a rental car they wont reimburse me for because of their bad business. I want to be fully refunded for my out of pocket expense that they are responsible for paying.

      This insurance agency transfer your call to a claim departement where nobody answer the calls, i been trying 4 days in a row and they leave you on hold for more than 1 hr. finally the call gets disconnected.They are making the claim to be file impossible. i contact my insurance company to see if they know what to do and **** said that some companies do that precisely on purpose to make the claim almost impossible so people dont file it.i got rear side hit by another vehicle and his insurance wont let me file the claim.my accident was on friday may 31st at 1pm I need help please.i need them to send adjustor or email me to file the claim, i worried that they will call me back just to leave a message and when i try to call back i go thru all this again.Again, iperator only answer and she transfer you right away as soon as she knows its a claim and you are on hold for more than 1 hr and then gets disconnected

      Ocean Harbor Casualty Company is my car insurance company. I got into an accident on May 3, filed a claim with them May 4, and I couldnt sign the release for the tow yard until May 17. I call everyday or almost everyday to check on the status of my claim, ever since May 17. Im always calling and leaving a voice mail to my adjuster to check how the process is going. I never get a call back only when something new has happen. I call him to ask questions, NEVER get a call back. I call the offices and I tell them whats going on and they tell me theyll get in contact with my adjuster to call me back. Never get a call back. Its frustrating dealing with this company. I need my solution to be solved as fast as possible because Im renting a car out of pocket right now and I dont have the money for it. I need to know if my car is a complete total or if its fixable so I can get my car back as fast as possible if thats the case. Its genuinely frustrating dealing with ocean harbor.
