Company needs to be federally investigated, Went to hospital and paid the bill in full, received a letter this month from (HRRG - Healthcare Revenue Recovery Group, LLC) Claiming that I have a bill and need to reach out to HRRG for contact about the debt that I already paid off through the hospital. Sad part is they increased the debt balance on the letter from HRRG. Contacted the hospital about this letter, the billing department has NO acknowledgement about HRRG, and this company is not even included in their collections network for debt collecting. This is a company looking to take money from you and pretend to be a collections company, Recommend that you contact the company you did business or services for first and ask them about HRRG if you receive a letter in the mail. They will likely tell you that they have no Idea, After looking into some things from BBB, a lot of their information is very suspicious. Do not contact them, do not respond to the letter. File a report with the *** because it is likely debt fraud. Hence the same company name from all these random suite addresses in *******. But 1 PO box all the way up in ********** ****, no business locations in or anywhere near that state.ARS Account Resolution Services

My mother is in a nursing home. Her lucid moments are getting farther and farther apart. I have PoA to represent her. Her finances are handled by me (her money in a separate account from my own; but, her account is in my name since she is unable to even sign to be a part of said account). I've been paying her bills thru "her account." Apparently, there has been an overpayment to one of her creditors. ARS issued a check to refund the overpayment. However, they issued the check in mother's name. I've tried to contact ARS without any success whatsoever. Mother has quite a few bills and these funds could certainly help. Unfortunately, unless a refund is issued in my name, I cannot even deposit it (even with the PoA in hand). It sure would be nice if ARS would be considerate enough to respond.ARS Account Resolution Services

My husbands aunt received a call from this business stating that they needed to get in contact with my husband or myself. Upon reaching out, I received a call back and was yelled at, told I was making this persons job easier & they would not provide me with any information but provided both mine and my husbands name & social security numbers before hanging up on me. I am not not being called back or contacted when asking for the name, address & matter this is concerning. DECEITFUL!!See the email I have sent to them on 12/29/23. THey wont provide contact info. On December 12th, I conversed with ***** regarding an emergency room bill of which I was unaware, as an external entity billed me without providing the necessary details, citing HIPAA regulations when I, the patient, was inquiring.During our conversation, I expressed concerns about a potential scam, and ***** assured me that he would address the issue. He offered a 30 percent discount and insisted on full payment, assuring me that the details would be sent via mail, not email.I settled an amount of around $970 as agreed, but to my surprise, I have now received a bill for $415. This discrepancy raises serious concerns. I attempted to contact the provided number, , but the call was automatically disconnected, despite the recorded message indicating that your services are available until 11 pm today. As I compose this email, the time is 7:38 PM. I seek clarification on this matter.ARS Account Resolution Services

This company has the rudest most incompetent employees I have ever spoken to at a call center. I work for a call-center for an insurance company so I understand the importance of PHI but if you are doing outbound calls and you have already verified the person you are speaking to is the person you were trying to get a hold of you should not have to force the person on a call to verify their date of birth and personal information, when I refused to verify my personal information, the representative disconnected the call on me. When I called back to speak with a supervisor, I was transferred from one agent to another to eventually being told while you need to figure out whats going on with your phone and hung up on . I was finally given the supervisor line when it was forwarded to a voicemail this is the worst experience I have ever had with a call center or customer service representatives. I still dont know what the reason was behind the call. Till this day no supervisor has returned my call.ARS Account Resolution Services

1 stari avoid scam calls but i got 2 calls back to back from the same number so i called them back. first they had little to no idea about what they were calling me about then they said i owed them money on a debt i already have taken care of. I told them i was very suspicious of fraud and wanted all the information related to this issue mail to me so i had hard copies and direct information instead of someone reading it over the phone. they took my address down cause they had the wrong one and i just got the letter today. all it says is i owe money and i promised to pay it. no information about it and the letter was ripped. if i could give a lower rating i would. this company seems like 100% fraud and scam. who in their right mind would pay a random company without any documentation proving the debt.Review fromKarina B

This company is great, the provided me all the information I needed. I remember the time I went to the hospital and was aware of being seen by contacted doctor. So I was expected to see a bill. I called them they worked with me on settling my balance in collection. And Im they made request for deletion on credit bureaus. Within the ***** days period.ARS Account Resolution Services

1 starThese are worst kind of people,they care nothing honestly trying to work with someone , will repeadetly keep doubling up the sane account on your credit , i dont know how because its obvious all the info about it will be the same just a different account, these people have crippled my ability to improve my credit, i dont think they care about getting the money at all, why else would rhey do this and refuse to talk about payment arrangements.
