    I registered an account on their website after purchasing the iRig stream device, and entered the information of my device so that I'd be signed up for the warranty that's supposedly included with this product when you purchase it. The cord became loosely fitting shortly after purchasing it, causing the product to stop working.I logged into my account that I initially made their website, and anything I clicked on to get to my account information, quickly refreshed the page and did nothing else. So I filled out a contact request form describing my situation.When asked for my warranty information by an IK multimedia agent via email correspondence, I literally could not access it. It seems that IK multimedia created their website this way by design, because their responses to my emails were pre written scripts. The agent didn't even read the information that I gave them about my personal situation. They didn't take into account any of the specific info that I sent them regarding this problem and continuously asked me the same irrelevant questions. Giving me the proverbial run around, and not engaging in a conversation with me.

    While the products of IK Multimedia are very good, there customer support is disgustingly bad beyond anything I have ever experienced. After and an install problem with a compatible product, I have sent requested information and screenshots over 10 times. The email thread is 23 emails long, over three weeks. None of the responses acknowledge the problem clearly. I suspect I am talking to some sort of bot. The most frustrating consumer experience I have every had. Worst customer service ever.
