      These people TRICKED me promising me a check for $5600 if I answered their questions. I was STUPID to believe them!! However, they never told me that they were using my info to CANCEL my health insurance WITHOUT my consent!!! The last thing the guy in the phone said is "we hope you enjoy your new insurance" and then hung up!!! I was not able to call him back. He has concelled my insurnace TWICE seriously endangering my health because it will take 45 days to reinstate my insurance. These guys are nothing but CROOKS who TRICK people. The guy who cancelled my insurance was ********************* and his NPN # is ********. Another person is *************************** NPN# ********. PLEASE stop these crooks ASAP befoe they endanger the health of more senior citizens by fradulently cancelling their insurance.

      I looked into insurance and they messaged me . Never filled out actual app or anything legal. Now I cant file taxes without some statement I do not have. Healthcare.gov shows no app since 2015. I do not know how to ensure they dont do it again as well. No idea how to fix

      I went to file my taxes and learned that I needed a 1095A form. I was surprised to learn to this knowing that I have insurance through my employer and receive a 1095C. I called the Healthcare market place and learned that a agent Ne***** Fu** signed me up without my knowledge. I do not know if someone stole my identity or what but I never provided any information to be signed up. Because of this I now cannot file my taxes till this is resolved. I need the company to contact me as so I can get the proper information and learn what they are willing to do to resolve this issue.

      ******************************* Takayo ********* ID# ******** stolen my husband identity and processed health insurance application with his info from September 2022 until January ****. We received documents from *** regarding insurance through Marketplace (which we dont have) last month regarding our 2022 taxes. If not for the *** we would have never found out about her.For every three people she enrolls within the hour she receives commission of $60-$70 per person I was told.************************ should have charges brought against her for identity theft and fraud receiving money you didnt rightfully earn. Im sure we are not the only people that have been defrauded by her.Now were left fighting to clear this mess up.

      I heard that this was a scam they had me send them a copy of my driver license and I am concerned they said I would get free insurance ***** Bluecross if a scam I want to report the false advertising thst lure me for **** dollars. Please investigate and if a scam shut this company down report them to the necessary people. They are lying about giving **** card out on the site that takes you to them

      I signed up with healthcare coverage through a licensed agent. That same day my information was stolen and I was registered in a different plan without my authorization or knowledge. The date of the incident is November 7th, 2023. The insurance company is Enhance Health, the agent attached to the policy is ********************************* and his license number is *******

      I am rejecting this response because: none of what was just stated in the response sent by Enhanced Health acknowledges my original complaint. My original healthcare plan was terminated without my permission and then my information was stolen and ******, a member of their team, illegally forged my name and   Signature on documentation.

      This company is able to change and cancel insurance on the marketplace without the owners permission. My insurance was canceled unsuspectedly and when I called to find out why I was told that this company had put me down on their insurance and canceled my marketplace insurance when I did not ask them to. I called this company three times to find out how they were able to cancel my insurance and they hung up on me all three times.

      I receive 3-6 calls a day from your company. Each calling from a different number with the same message and call back number left. I have asked at least 10 times to be removed from your list and the calls continue. I have personally called the 888 number and asked to be removed. I have been on the National do not call list since 2019. I block every new number that calls. It is constantly interrupting my work day and can not continue. I have included just a few screenshots of the voicemails and numbers. I have a list of over 22 numbers blocked now.

      I have never heard of this company before today. An insurance agent by the name of ****** Madame **** (NPN ********) affiliated with this company somehow got a hold of my personal information and submitted a health insurance application without my knowledge or consent. ****** Madame **** then proceeded to enroll me into a BlueCross BlueShield plan, again without my knowledge or consent. I have no idea who this insurance agent is or how they obtained my information. I received notice from Healthcare.gov that an application was submitted, after which I received an email from Enhance Health with a reference number and this agent's name stating my eligibility verification was completed.I don't know if this Company is in the business of submitting fraudulent insurance applications or if this agent acted independently.
