      This business masqueraded as a health insurance company, offering deceptive information about providing cost-free coverage. I attempted to cancel my coverage but received no assistance from the staff. They repeatedly hung up on me, displaying unprofessional and discourteous behavior. It appears they may be engaging in fraudulent activities to obtain people's social security numbers. This establishment warrants a comprehensive investigation and public exposure to unveil their criminal activities.

      My complaint is that what was advertised to me and spoken to me over the phone during my conversation was filled with lies and deceptive information.I was told that I would be getting $402 each month to be used however I wanted to use it. On anything I wanted to use it on, like bills, food, gas, clothes... But after getting my paperwork in the mail and reading it , it clearly states that the $402 can only be used towards the cost of the insurance they set up for me. For co-pays and visits. Nothing else can it be used for. I was lied to and mislead the whole conversation. I would of never ever had them set this up if I would of known this and now I have to come out of my pocket and switch my insurance and pay for premiums again. Thanks for a whole lot of wasted time and ********* that I really can't afford to spend.

We have canceled your plan and have researched the information you provided. The healthcare plan you were enrolled into had a $402 premium which was covered by the subsidy you qualified for. No out of pocket expense for your monthly premium was required. We are sorry for any misunderstanding and we continuously work to improve the quality of our products/services.

      This company has repeatedly called my cellphone, or had a third party advertiser do so, even when it is on the Federal Do Not Call list. I attempted to rectify the matter via email and call, but was completely ignored. I will need to speak to the company's ATTORNEY or LEGAL REPRESENTATION to resolve this issue at this point. If that does not happen, I will consult with an attorney regarding the multiple TCPA violations.
