    This scam company is functioning under the **** store name pop.market.I ordered 4 items on 1/8/2025 at 9:04 PM. I paid $82.68 (78.24+4.44 tax)They do not accept messages, no way to contact them. The item was never taken to **** (post office). The business has repeated negative feedback on advertising something they don't have, but getting paid for it. I would like my money back as soon as possible. Please take a look at the attachments.

    The order was shipped on 1/9/25.  However, due to issues within the ********** facility, the package was not processed until 1/22.  The shipment was delivered on 1/24/25.

    Since the shipment was delivered, we will not be processing a refund.  If he wishes to return the item for a refund, he may open a return request via ebay.

    Hello,This message from DirectToU, LLC sent to me: 29-Jul-23 04:51 Dear Customer Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will issue a refund.Customer Service *********************************************The seller has provided me with false contact information. There address listed is fake:DirectToU, LLC ******************************************************************************************************** From the Better Business Bureau in *******, there business address is:DirectToU, LLC ******************************************************************** ******************************************It is a Blu-ray movie and the value is approximately $50 AUD.For a refund, I posted it back to the seller in September to this address:DirectToU, LLC 300 ********** **************, ******** ***** ************* I have sent many messages to them asking have they received my parcel, but they just fob me off.Can BBB step in please to investigate and help me get my money back please?Thank you,*************************

    We do see that you have contacted us a few times inquiring about the returned merchandise.  The item has not been received in our distribution center which is located in **************, **.  The address is that you have is mostly correct, it is only missing Ste A but that really should not make a difference as we are the only tenant of that location.   You can see that is our address on our website under return information:

    We understand that at times, packages get lost in the postal system. It is possible that yours never made it back to us.  Because you paid eBay for this transaction we would have to refund you via eBay but due to the amount of time that has lapsed we do not have that option.  If you have a PayPal account, please send us the email associated with that account and we can refund you that way.

    To the Better Business Bureau,

    The DirectToU, Inc.representative stated they have not received my parcel.  I give them the benefit of the doubt.  There was no tracking number on the parcel or a customs label.  ********* Post have searched, but I have no proof that it even left *********, or is on hold indefinitely by the **** at some depot or a US customs depot.  I have written it off as bad debts and consider the parcel lost.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I ordered a vinyl from their company pop market and I never received my record. Ive waited six months for the vinyl and never received the record. I tried contacting and the only response I got was they dont do refunds or replacements. They said the record was shipped but upon entering the tracking information only the label was created. So now theyre basically keeping my money and not sending the product I bought.

    Order# 1811-2000-1622SA was shipped on 7/15/22 via **** tracking# 9249090109401239413677.  **** only keeps tracking information on file for 120 days.  That time frame has been far exceeded and that is the reason you don't see any tracking info.   The package was returned to us by **** as undeliverable on 8/4/22 and a refund was issued to you that afternoon.  Refund via PayPal Transaction ID: ***************** $24.80. Please check your records to verify the refund was received.

    On 8/27 I placed a pre-order for 6 copies of an item (A Love Supreme, *************************, ************ LP Release date: 9/1/2023) from PopMarket (a subsidy of DirectToU). The item was $51.79 and I had a 10% off code so the order total was $295.05 after taxes and shipping (order #****-0433-7463SA). On 8/29 I received a message from PopMarket stating: "Thank you for your recent order. Unfortunately, the items listed below are out of stock and are not available at this time. We apologize for your disappointment. Since this item(s) was cancelled from your order, your credit card was not charged for it." As of today, 9/5, the website is now selling the same item for $208.79 as a preorder again.

    Your order was cancelled because we had a pricing error on that item. All orders received at the incorrect price have been cancelled.  You received a generic cancellation email as pricing errors do not happen often and we do not have an automated for that scenario. 


    The item is now available for sale at the correct sales price. We sincerely apologize for the error and hope that you understand.

    On May 11, 2022, I ordered an item from DirectToU, Inc., doing business as i-Deals Store, though the Amazon Marketplace. (Order# ***-4575153-1640247, Iron Maiden - Killers (180g) vinyl record, $26.22 item + $1.90 tax = $28.12 total, payment completed May 12, 2022). However, DirectToU never delivered this item. I understand that shipping can be lengthy, especially when an item is coming from overseas (which this item likely was), so I waited for several months for the item to arrive. After not having received the item into the new year, I decided to contact DirectToU on February 23, 2023, to inquire about the status of the item. Rather than providing a status, DirectToU replied that "this order is over 9 months old and we can no longer help." As a result, DirectToU stole $28.12 from me by refusing to fulfill or refund an order that I had placed and paid for.

    I bought a ********** 65in QN90BD series at **** Club ********* ******, which has the promotion of 3months free of XBIX plus free XBOX controller by activating the code QQ7VW-JFJVG-CYHYT-JDMKG-4M77Z. It activated the service but the system is not sending me the controller eventhough they are still availble. I need this company to send me the controller to my home address at **************************************************************************** I bought this TV because of the promotion, I attached the screen shot from the promotion.

    On August 4, 2022 I placed a order # ****-1084-1122SA in the amount of $50.59 with this company via their online retailer ************.com who are located at ********************************************************. Payment was made via PayPal. Since I had not received any shipping or tracking information, I contacted them about the status of this order. Their response was: "Hello Our records indicate that your orders are being denied due to a second charge on previous orders. According to our accounting department, no further orders will be approved on your behalf. Again, thank you for writing DeepDiscount.com. We appreciate your business. Best regards, SC ********************************* Support *******************"As you can see, no mention was given about issuing a refund and there was no response to my followup inquiry regarding it. The "second charge" that they are referring to is for an album that was purchased from their sister site, PopMarket.com that was lost in the mail and for which my credit card issued a refund.Their business practices are - at the least - unethical. But to deny both service and a full refund is absolutely criminal.
