    On 04/13/24, the owner and company operator *********************** came to my home for an estimate and he agreed to restore the travertine around my pool deck for $900.00. He was given $400.00 in cash as a down payment. On 04/21/24 he proceeded to restore the deck and upon completion (1 & 1/2 hours), he was given $500.00 in cash. The travertine appeared restored after he applied a sealant coat before leaving that showed a luster on the tile. However after the sealant dried, the deck showed the same results as prior to the cleaning except it was cleaner than before. Mr. **** was called today (04/22/24) and he refuses to refund any funds and said that travertine restoration is only done indoors but he never mentioned that when asked about the exterior deck restoration he came to see. His web page offers a 20% Senior discount that he never mentioned and when asked, he said the discount had already been deducted from the total price we agreed upon. The contract (Attached) also states that if your unhappy you don't pay. I find him to be deceptive by telling me that I am confused as to what the service he provided was for. I would have never agreed to that price for the service he provided and he refuses to honor what his contract says. He was also unable to remove a stain on the deck and offered no reduction in price. Thank you for your help.

    I had already called the costumer 5 times, and I left one time voicemail and one  text message ******************* has NOT responded any of my call or text messages when I finish the job the costumer *************************** said he liked it and that he was satisfied with my job. Also my invoice say on the bottom if you not happy you dont pay! And ******************* was happy and he paid full.
