    This place is horrible. I wish I had read the reviews before I rented. The management is terrible. You can never get an answer to anything. The maintenance crew do the best that they can with the man power they have. Most of all, they dont return your deposit when they should. I have been waiting for 3 months for mine. I cant get any answers, so Im going to Small Claims Court. Very unprofessional! Also you will receive two utility bills and theres nothing you can do about it.My refrigerator door would not close. They told me they ordered ********* that never came the one year I lived there.

    I was denied and the told me I would receive my $100 admin fee in the mail 30dates from the denied date and its been over a month now and I still havent received it.

    This place is ridiculous. We were promised new paint, new stove and fridge and for the apt to be ready. This place is infested with ants. Fridge doesn't work at all so haven't had a fridge in ********************************* the middle of cooking. Mold in multiple places of the apt. Bathroom and bedroom doors do not close, dripping faucets. I mean come on. We have put in multiple request and have spoken with management. She is currently on vacation and nothing has been done. Do not move in over here. Not up to standards.
