    Signed lease and paid a deposit of $1099.00 for lesser credit. Immeaditly after I got harrasing text messages wanting more money in the form of un negotiated insurance contracts. I have a excellent rental history in town. I am a older FSU person and consultant. They now will not honor to lease with my studio apartment. Or return the deposit. They cancelled my access to my account with the lease.

    To whom it may concern – please find attached, documentation in response to complaint ID ********* 

    This is an applicant whom applied and did not successfully occupy a unit at **** * ******* ** (GrandMarc at Tallahassee). We have/had attempted to respond/contact the individual listed on the filed complaint and received no response prior to communication from the BBB. This individual still has not responded to or requested a change of address for the returned payment specified in the previously mentioned complaint. 

    Please review the attached and let me know if you have any questions on this information. I look forward to receiving confirmation that this complaint has been removed and is not listed on the report given to consumers.
