I toke 2 vehicles in to him (mikes garage) 8 months ago before moving to Panama city . A 2012 Chevy impala need engine work was inform it was ready for pick up ,he gave me price of 1300$ when time to ask to pick up he gives me excuse again on why I can't, 2012 Hyundai Vera Cruz was taken to his shopping for a radiator and starter when asked about it he gave me a price of 930$ and say to me its ready and when iam ask and ready to pick it up he gives me a reson saying why not ,for 8months this has been going on with phone calls daily him saying he call back and never do, I always have to call them when he give me another excuse what i believe to be lying ,employees never seem to know anything about my vehicles, only the owner Mike has information when I call that seems not so good with me .need help getting my vehicles back to me theCustomer Answer

I’m June2022 I took my 2000 Honda Accord to ****’s Garage to get the transmission replaced. **** gave me an estimate of $1700 dollars to replace the transmission with a used certified, transmission from a reputable used parts dealer , with a one year warranty. So I paid him$1700 cash. So I picked up my car with transmission #1 and as I was driving home I noticed transmission was slipping, and making a knocking noise. So I called ****, and it took him several weeks to finally get my car back in to replace the transmission with #2. So now car is at shop, almost 4 weeks. I kept begging this guy to please fix my car and he kept telling me, tomorrow, tomorrow, next week. Finally I picked up my car like In July, and as I was driving home transmission #2 was making a knocking noise and slipping.. I have warranty **** said . So he said , this time he was gonna replace the transmission with a new, clean chrome, remanufactured transmission from the assembly line. I said ok. My car was there for 5 weeks just sitting there in the mechanic shop lot. Finally he called me to pick up the car with Transmission #3. So as I took the car home , the transmission was slipping and knocking, and was going in and out of gear. . When I got home, I looked at transmission and realized it was the same, old greasy transmission #2. So I was angry, this time of took **** another month to get my car on 11-2-22. It’s now 11–9-22 and after talking with **** the owner , he is saying he can’t replace my transmission or refund me my $1700 cash. This has been going on 6 months, I’ve been lied to every single day by this guy, he does not want to fix My tranny or mycash. This is transmission #4. There was supposed to be a new remanufactured transmission. This owner has been lying to me repeatedly for6months, 4 transmissions. My car is sitting in his parking lot right now again, and hasn’t looked at my car in 2 weeks. I want my money back . This guy is scam artist liar. I took my 2009 Dodge Challenger ****’S GARAGE on 6-23-2022 because I had a problem with my a/c. It was not blowing cold, and when I stopped the air gets hot. So **** the shop owner looked at my car and told me the evaporator was bad and had to be replaced. So he Gave me a written estimate for replacing the evaporator, valve and Freon. He told me everything would be fixed , and blowing ice cold. The estimate parts and labor was $745.88. So I **** him cash. So 2 days later he called me to pick up the car, and when I drove home I noticed the car had the same exact problem. Only blowing cool when I’m driving the car, when I stop the car gets hot. So I called the shop(****) , he told me to bring the car back in 2 days. 6-27-22 So now I he looks at my car, and gives me estimate now to fix my a/c again. This time he gives me an estimate for a new condenser parts and labor $449.05. So I paid him cash again. So the next day I pick up the car again, took the car home , and noticed the car had the same problem. So now he says he’s gonna fix my ac, he said it was my compressor now. But I had already replaced the compressor, earlier this year, and it was a new mopar compressor. , . So he had me take the car to him after a couple of weeks, because he kept throwing me off, and just ignoring me. So I took the car there, in August this year and now he says it’s a sensor, , and he told me to pick up the car, and he ordered to sensor part for me. It’s been until now, 11-8-22, and I went there today, and he told me he’s busy, he has the part, and it’s in a warehouse, which is a lie, because all the parts go directly to the store. So he says he’s too busy to work on my car. So now I paid this guy$1200 dollars to fix my a/c and he refuses to fix my car, he misdiagnosed my a/c problem, and scammed me out of $1200 dollars and now he refuses to fix my car a/c problem now. This guy is the biggest scam, fraud mechanic shop in Tallahassee. All this guy has been doing to me is lying to me.Initial Complaint

I took my 2004 Honda Accord to Mikes Garage on May 19; 2022after he fixed the a/c on my 2015 Honda Pilot a day or two before and experienced reasonable and quick service. When he called to tell me the cost, I was a little shocked that it was more than double what he had charged for the other car, but was great full he was able to fix it. When I got to the shop to pick up the car, the price had jumped again and I told the person behind the counter that was not what I was told on the phone, so they called Mike and explained and Mike said to take some off, which they did. It was still higher than expected. I paid $635.24 in cash and have the receipt. A few days later, my daughter came to Tallahassee to get the car and drive it back down to our home in Zephyrhills, near Tampa. Within two weeks the a/c stopped working, but I was traveling and not aware until I returned home at the beginning of July, at which time I informed Mikes garage by email of the situation. He told me to find a local shop to diagnose the car and get back with him. I found a shop and emailed a link to it to Mike so he could see if it was the right kind of shop and he responded that I lived in Tallahassee and needed to bring my car to his shop for the repair. I was shocked. I had told him more th@ once that I liveD in the tampa area link to the shop I sent him is in Zephyrhills, not far from my home, where the car is all the time. No response from him in almost three weeks, even when I follow up - qi have all the emails and have only communicated with him that way. I want my money back so I can get the a/c fixed since he is clearly not interested in helping or being responsible and accountable.
