I ordered a premium download package after my sons graduation. Paid the almost ******, received the downloads which was 4 pictures. One picture was NOT my son. These are not useable as the "You Done It" and the *** have this random student in them. I have called twice, first time was friday. The rep I spoke with said this would be corrected and the email would be resent Friday. I have not received anything so I called twice this morning and the first person said it would have to go back to the production team and it would be 2-3 weeks. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I have family members and a graduation party that these are needed for. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were on the other line. Have them call me regarding YOUR mistake. No call back, I called at noon and a different rep said there was no supervisors there. Long story short it was not a good conversation. I said "So you are telling me you just fly by the seat of your pants for 8 hours and do not report to a boss??" Her answer was YES!! I simply want YOUR mistake fixed as you took my money very fast and I do not have the product that was sold to me. Again I would think this was YOUR mistake it would be fixed and take priority as it was YOUR mistake not mine!! And to have your reps say there is not any bosses or supervision and their word is all what I am supposed take is unacceptable. You use fast deadlines to buy these packages but then when I do purchase a package and it is wrong why are you not accountable to fix it quickly?? Bad Business..GradImages

First, issue is the company stated that once the graduation ceremony was over the customer had 30 days to order **********************. My granddaughter's graduation occurred on May 10th from ************************************************ were available on May 19th. We received an email stating photos would be unavailable after May 23rd. Not a 30-day ordering period. And it appeared that the prices changed. Higher than it was before the 23rd.Second issue, I received an email for 20% off photos that totaled $50 or more. I selected the basic package that included the grad's story and digital download for $95.99 . This order was to also provide free shipping. At checkout when the coupon was applied, for $19.20, with tax, $1.83, the order states $91.12. $95.99 minus $19.20 comes to $76.79. With tax $1.83 should total $78.62. A $12.50 difference. No explanation for difference in pricing at checkout. Third issue, I also received a coupon for a free 5x7. On the home screen this item is listed as $9.99. However, when you go to the order screen it is listed at $17.99. I called the company and spoke to ***** who stated there was a glitch in the system and he would do the order for $9.99 but the coupon only applied to Penn State graduates. (Sound familiar). Even if the coupon is applied as another customer stated the taxes and shipping is more than the photo.I feel that customers should be aware of these "bait and switch" tactics of this company As of this time I have not ordered any photos but will wait for this company to be more consistent in their pricing. Please look into this matter at your earliest convenience.GradImages

Absolutely the worst. Over a month and I still don't have my order. They don't answer emails nor do they provide tracking information if they say it is shipped. If I could give 0 stars, I would have. Worst company I have ever dealt with.GradImages

This company is absolutely terrible. My school used them for our pinning ceremony. We all wrote our names and numbers on sheets of paper and handed them to the people taking our photos. I assumed this was so they could properly identify us. This was too big of a task for this company to handle. My entire graduating class' photos are messed up with photos and names not matching. I have reached out numerous times trying to get them to fix this. I'd love to buy even just one terribly overpriced photo to highlight my big day, but I can't because they won't fix the images. Not only is everything messed up, but they have the sheer audacity to send out a deadline email saying that we have to buy our photos by a certain day. (The email was sent out on the date of the deadline). Extremely poor business model, I don't know who is running this business, and more importantly I don't know how they are still operating. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and to be ***** the lack to do anything at all. They put in the bare minimum effort and aren't making any strides to fix their mistakes. Absolutely no excuse for this behavior from what is supposed to be a professional business.GradImages

Terrible company. Gave a free photo by accident but when you get through to the final order button the shipping and fees cost more than the photo itself. Turns out the free photo promo was on accident from the marketing team. Embarrassing. Why would any school work with this shady and useless company.GradImages

We received our order today in the mail. It is in a paper envelope only, has been wet, and is bent. I am Incensed that, when we pay $130.00 for 14 pictures, that the only protection provided is something on the outside of a regular paper envelope that says "hey don't **** this." Absolutely ridiculous, even ****** photos put their 10 cent prints in a cardboard firm envelope. Almost $10 per picture and no hope they'll arrive in the condition they left your facility in. What could you possibly be thinking other than to ***** customers that are celebrating a life event like a graduation? Inexcusable.GradImages

I've sent them 2 emails with no response asking for solutions. Their website says 2-4 business days for an answer. It's been over a week since the first one I sent on 12/31, more than 4 business days excluding the holidays. I even DMed them on Instagram. Two photos looked like they were taken on phones, multiple do not appear to be edited, and two others are cropped off-center. No response from the company. I paid way too much for poor quality photos.GradImages
