              Parker brother roofing did a roof and chimney construction the weeknof 8/20. Never got a construction permit so I can't get it inspected because they never planned on getting it inspected it's not up to code. When I called the city about it they contacted them to make them redo everything the right way and ******* ****** agreed to a discount but would never in writing or contract so he could still charge me full price and put a lien on my property for a contract that wasn't finished and a construction project I can't get inspected because it was never permitted.

              Bought non-prorated 50 year shingles in 2008 (15 years ago). Last year we had a roof sagging and they put up new shingles for $1400.00. They would not stand by the guarantee. Now the same thing is happening and they are saying that its from leaf accumulation not the shingles and we need a new roof. If its not the shingles then why do we need a new roof and why did they pressure us into buying the 50 year shingles if they dont last? We will never use them again. They do not honor their non-prorated 50 year shingle guarantee!
