    In March of 2022, I reached out to Mantrans LLC seeking info and help on a zf6 transmission I was having problems with. I was referred to them by someone local to the area and they seemed to have a decent reputation. Over the next few weeks we talked via text and phone about my transmission and the necessary repairs needed. Logistical issues(Im about 160 miles away) and life circumstances kept me from going any further in the transaction until around September 2022 when I reached out and we agreed on $750 deposit for the work. I sent a check by phone and he would arrange the shipping for me. I already had the transmission on a pallet and was ready for pick up. On January of this year, I still had not heard anything so I reached out and was told that they would have my transmission picked up soon. In February, I still had not heard anything so I reached out again and was told that my transmission was getting picked up soon. In March, I decided to get the transmission fixed locally and requested a refund. I was assured that my refund would come that week, but it had never been received. When I would call or text I was strung along for another week with excuses and empty promises. Now I am getting no response from text, no answer from phone calls or emails.

    After finding this company Man Trans on internet search, I called and talked to company representative ****** I was told Man Trans did have my manual transmission was in stock and would ship within 2 weeks from ordering. Order and 1/2 of purchase money was completed 10/7/2022. I waited several weeks to hear from this company but did not, every call to date is full of excuses now 4 months later, no date I've set to try and keep dealing with this company has been met. Last date to ship was 12/23 with has come and gone without receiving product. I have told ****** multiple times now during phone conversations to cancel order and return my money. ******** response is to wait weeks again and give him time to write a check.
