- Additional Info:BBB has received complaints stating that the company is claiming to be GE Money Bank, and GE Capital or affiliated with GE Money Bank and GE Capital. This company is not GE Money Bank or GE Capital nor are they affiliated with them in any way.
Complaints further state that consumers are required to get a prepaid card and add money to it. Once money was placed on the prepaid card, the consumers were told to call the company back and provide the card number so that the loan amount could be transferred to the prepaid card. Instead of receiving the promised loan amount, the company debited the card, and the consumers never received the promised loan.
The company uses an address in Tampa and Clearwater, Florida. BBB has determined that the company is not at the Tampa or the Clearwater addresses provided in this review.
