  I should have checked the reviews here for calling them. I called Air Rescue as they were the ones who installed the system under the previous owners. The warranty did not transfer to me even though the unit was only a few years old and would have been covered for the previous owners. The pushy salesman tried to get me to replace my perfectly good working unit on the other side of the house along with the faulty unit. The cost was 20% higher than the company I ended up getting the work done with. "Just sign here and we'll get you on the schedule for tomorrow" turned out to be agreeing to a $500 non-refundable deposit, that was run on a card on file from a previous repair. I called to question the charge and was essentially told to kick rocks and there's nothing I could do about being out $500 even though no goods or services were provided. I was told someone would call me back about the charge "within 24 hours" which turned out to be 24 business hours aka 3 days, but 24 hours sounds better. The company I ended up going with was cheaper and didn't require a deposit. I think Air Rescue knows if they don't get a deposit from you, you will call someone else who will inevitably give you a better price. Shady business practices all around.

  On Monday evening the air conditioner we purchased and installed by Air Rescue stopped operating. The system thermostat indicated fan failure which instructed us to contact dealer for service. This was the third time in 6 weeks the unit stopped working due to fan failure. The first incident was repaired by Air Rescue. A few weeks later, fan failure occurred again. We (my husband and I) contacted another vendor because Air Rescue could not come out in a timely fashion. The vendor resolved the fan problem and we were happy again. The third and last incident with the same fan failure happened Monday night, August 12th, 2024. Being after hours, we spoke with the Air Rescue answering service. We requested someone to immediately come out. Now, I know many others want immediate service, but our situation in my opinion was somewhat dire. My husband was being treated intravenously for a serious infection with meds that required to be kept cool (not refrigerated) The answering service could not offer for someone to immediately come out until 8am the next morning. The next day, 8am arrived and no Air Rescue. Another company came out to our Rescue and identified the problem and fixed it. If Air Rescue had correctly installed this unit from 2 1/2 years ago, the fan failure issue would not likely happen and I wouldn't be writing this negative review. As senior citizens, we feel preyed upon by Air Rescue and wonder who else has been abused by this company. We will be transferring all warranty issues to another company for service. I would never recommend Air Rescue to anyone. If you have a problem with Air Rescue, the owner is Harold M****, *** ***** ***** *****, Indian Rocks Beach, Florida *****.

  **** their Technician was Awesome! He had showed me that the Breaker Box which they installed 4 years ago was electrically malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. But when a called the company said it was my responsibility to fix it even though theyre the ones who installed it, and told me that I needed to put in a New One. Which I totally don't agree with so I'm going to stop using this company because of horrible customer service and satisfaction

  We are sorry that our service did not meet your expectations.  Homeowners are responsible for care and mainenance of their breaker panel.  We did not install the breaker panel.  An electrician would need to do that.  Breakers do go bad occasionally.  Your unit was installed in 2019.  If the breaker were bad then, the unit would not have run and would not have passed inspection.  We would be happy to replace your breaker at the quoted price.  I am sure any HVAC company will tell you the same in regards to breaker replacement.

  I have already reviewed this company and now it has gotten worse. Every tech that comes to service the problem, tells me something different. Now they tell me that I cannot use spray deodorant, hair spray or anything because something is going on in my home. When I told him that that was ridiculous he told me that he would shut the whole system down because the condensation pump and unit need their own circuit.. I told him that his company installed the unit and why didnt they tell me at that time, he didnt know. There were many additional problems also but now they wont even return my phone calls.

  Air conditioner was installed in 2017 . One problem after another. Lots of service calls . They would patch what ever they thought was the problem and get it fixed. Last week August 2023 they were here 4 times and nothing done. I have to have my thermostat set low because by noon Im at 85 degrees in my house.explanation from them well its hot. Cant believe this its never been so miserable at night. And Im still paying on this unit.

  *************** at air rescue are very knowledgeable and patient to answer all questions If there is a problem they are quickly addressing the situation with an immediate service call.Very happy we found them.

  A/C stopped working one evening after hours. Air Rescue installed and services my HVAC system. Called them, let them know my situation. They said they could work me in the following day and scheduled a tech to come out after hours - said it could be any time between 5pm and midnight, but a tech would definitely come out. The following day a couple techs arrived around 3pm. They quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. I was pleased with how quickly they arrived and resolved the problem.

  I was disappointed in the value for their service. I did not feel the charge of $59 to provide a estimate of over $200 to clean my drain on my A/C was fair. I will not recommend or use them in the future.

  I am sorry that you feel that way, but after we where out to your home we did try to reach back out to you to come back out and clean the drain and do a maintenance for the *****. Unfortunately we did not get the chance to make things right because you had another company come out.
