      I am rejecting this response because:
      A call from **** at **************. I contacted him, and he said he would talk to the people at And in ******** and call me back. No call back. In reviewing tech notes from service history, apparently they could not get into the air handler due to the way it was installed. The ** light had apparently been burned out for quite some time for that level of mold to grow in the handler. And prides itself on the quality of air its customers breathe. Not so in my case. The general managers in ******** told me never call again and hung up on me. I will pursue compensation for the 3k repair I just had due to poor servicing of the equipment.

      Since the install of the air conditioning system there has been a lack of scheduled maintenance with our company for the system. It is the responsibiltiy of the home owner to keep up on the maintenance and schedule them twice yearly. The last time the client had us out to do routine maintenance was december of 2022. She stated then they she didn't want to continue doing the maintenance with our company and would find someone cheaper. Now in August of 2024 the cleint comes back to us for problems that were caused from lack of maintenance. She had another company come out and show her exactly what an ac that isn't properly kept up with looks like. The ultraviloet system installed at date of install has uv elements that should be changed regularly to keep the inside of the unit clean and growth free. If the client doesn't change the ultraviolet element correctly or keep up on the routine maintenances we are not to be liable for the results. We're sorry about your situation although its not at the fault of our company and therefore will not be held responsible for any damages.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      My records show that I renewed a 1 yr service contract on 2/15/22 for $189.00. That would have been through 2/15/23. On all the service records I have, Indoor Air Quality including the Air Handler, Blower Wheel, Evaporator Coil and Ducts and Vents were checked only one time, on 01/26/17, serviced by ******. At that time the system was 2 years old according to your records. On 3/2/20 and 9/4/20 the tech stated he could not access blower panel or ** light. That was at 6 years old. There were no remarks as to air handler condition in 2020 or 2022. I do not believe And checked the ** light or the handler in subsequent visits . The blower motor had burned out, and the inside of the handler was filled with mold and the ** light was not operating, also covered with mold. See photos sent earlier. It was Ands practice to call me to schedule services after 1/26/17.

      On 7/7/2016 I had And services install a new heat pump and air handler for $6.200.00, and I got the deluxe warrantee with all parts and compressor covered for 10 years. On 7/15/2024 my air conditioner quit working, and I called And services again. The serviceman said the capacitor needed to be replace and it would cost $406.00. I had to pay the bill because my house was at 92 degrees, and I take care of my wife who has had a stroke. I did not to argue about the bill, but I did call the office and talked to **** (he did not give his last name) and talked to him about the warrantee and he said capacitators are not covered. The price of the heat pump includes warrantee work.

Again I told him the price of the warrantee in included in the price of the heat pump, and the proposal says all parts for 10 years. We did not come to a agreement.       A capacitor is a routine maintenance item. The air conditioner / heat pump has a standard 10 limited parts warranty on it whcich covers major parts/componants for 10 years on the part only. We're sorry that you feel that should have been covered, unfortunatley the charge for the part and installation is what you paid for and that price of $406 is the price we charge and is our posted price.

      We had issue with our AC and we were redirected to this company. They came out and within 40 minutes charged my husband, a disable vet, $812. He was told that the electrical company would reimburse us. We call the electric company and they stated that the issue was not caused by power surge. Two weeks later, we find out the card charge didn't go thru due to tech dis not input correct card number. I emailed them for an itemized bill with part numbers replaced for our record and our warranty. Never responded to us but last week, we got a bill from a collection. They added another $400 to the bill. We got another company to come out and told us the repair would have been covered and the one part wasn't necessary and the job would have cost *** $135. So why are they charging us $812. If they couldn't do the warranty work, they should have refused the job. We did not demand service or agreed to price gouging. Our unit is only 3 1/2 yrs old. Manufacturing warranty is up to 5 yr in certain parts. They took advantage of my husband because he knows nothing if AC. We have no problem paying for the repair but charge us fairly and correct. If you cant honor a warranty from another company say so and let us make that decision. I want them to drop the collection and if the can provide an accurate itemized bill with the part serial numbers they replaced and price for parts and labor according to our warranty, we have no problem paying the right price.*** of $150

      We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your visit. The parts that we put on the ac system were a run capacitor which looked as though had taken a power surge. With any surge the manufacturer isn't responsible to cover that part under any warranty because it wasn't caused by a manufacturer defect. The hard start capacitor is an additional part that was recommended to keep the system running as smoothly and effieciently as possible. The hard start capactior wasn't something originally installed by the install company because its an option at the time of install so therefore also would not have been covered under any warranties. We pure price all of our parts and publish them on our invoices so there is no discrepency. The parts installed were charged as published at $406 each. The bill was sent and never paid as agreed upon so was sent to collections for payment. Now that is has been sent to the collections company it is out of our hands.

      I did not received the detailed bill with the prices of the parts and the labor. I was also informed that the capacitor, even if it was a possible power surge, which the electric company confirmed that there wasn't any ,would have been cover under MY extended manufacturer warranty. And the rep did not confirm the installation of the hard start kit. All he stated was what he did and a final amount on the paper. So if it is out of your hands then I will dispute my credit report. I did not receive any receipts for the parts install and how much each were. Appreciate that you made no effort to fix this situation

      I found this price sheet in my photos. And as you can see. No where on there shows "$812" IF your tech followed procedures, it could have been $247 for replacement of capacitor (but tech did state that it was covered under manufacturing warranty.)

      If he decided to install a hard start kit (on a unit that the manufacture states doea not require a kit, the service fee would have been $406. Which in your previous person stated in their statement. I have not received anything to state we had $812 charge?? Inhave included the receipt that the twch ***** emailed us stating that it was the receipt of payment. But somehow the payment was not received??

      The representative showed up at my house and I took him to the location where I heard the noise he said I had a water leak in the wall I asked for an estimate and he said he would have to find the leak before he could give me one and then proceeded to chisel and ********************* a large hole in my house outside wall. Then he cut the main water line to my house and said he would be able to fix it for $1200 to $1300. He worked approximately 1 to 2 hours and then proceeded to tell me that it was a lot worse than he had originally thought and that it was going to cost me $2700 I told him that I was not going to pay him $2700 and that he needed to stop working and that I would get someone else to fix the leak and repair the wall which was included in the original agreement. He then said he could fix the leak if he had the right tool. He said he needed to run to ********** and get the tool and parts needed to complete the job. He returned with a $7 pipe cutter and $3 worth of PVC fittings and miraculously was able to repair the pipe in 20 minutes. When he got back from ********** he said his boss told him not to fix the leak before he got a check for $1300 which I gave him and then he fixed the leak and ran out without giving me an invoice or repairing the hole in the wall that he said was in the price. If this the way this company does business they should not be doing business.

      And Services replaced the electrical panel box March 2023, removed old box. At the same time they removed our Generac Generator Box, no permission was given to remove that box. We are getting the run around with them.Did not notice the box was gone until March 2024, now we are without a generator My husband has a heart condition, I have sleep apnea and need to use my machine nightly.Not sure what our next step should be or what type of attorney should we need one There was no money involved with the generator box, as it came with our home when purchased.

      The person that checks my mobile home told me that my A/C was blowing warm air. I had And Sevices out for a service call on 6/7/2024. Technician explained to me that the compressor was shot and the coolant was very low because of a leak. My options were given to me for repair $7000.00 and replace $14,000.00 (est) after some funny sounding credits. As the unit was still running I had the tech disconnect the power. I set up another service call for 6/10/2024 with R &R Heating. After speaking with their tech he explained that he reconnected the power, checked the system out thoroughly and found it to be in great condition. As you see I paid no money but what a gigantic rip off they tried to do.

      Seeing all the high reviews on their business site I called and requested an electrician to come and do minor electrical work. *** arrived the next day on 5-24-2024 (very nice guy). I showed him the minor work to be done expecting the company required estimate he did not give. He immediately went to work changing the plate on an existing outlet. He then replaced a hanging from the ceiling electrical fan. He then drilled a hole in the sunroom wall and connected an already installed outlet to an outside outlet that he installed. He did not mention any of the required discounts. He was at my house working no more than 1.5 hours and gave me a bill for $514.00. If he had given me an estimate previous to doing the minor electrical work I never would have accepted it. My chief complaint was that I was grossly overcharged.

An inferior unit was delivered and not a Rheem and since we didn't accept it they took that away also. So now we are with no air conditioner. They financed us through sycrony bank for a Rheem and claim to pull city permits for it. None of this is right. They did not keep their end of the bargen and should deliver what we purchased, aRheem unit and no one at and Services will return our emails.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      After so many messages to this company they have not yet refunded the balance do to us for installation on air conditioner thermostat. They have caused us much grief in the past more than a month. We can not take their sad reply just telling us to reach out to them and when you do, the check never arrives. The fact that the very expensive thermostat we ordered was not installed when the unit was installed is not acceptable. We put a call into the manufacture of the unit and were told they only carry one thermostat that we ordered and it was over $700.00. But the thermostat they replaced it with was under $30.00. They told us they wanted to replace our five year old air conditioner with one to save money and when it arrived was not the one they offered. After fighting for our unit and having it installed, it did not save one ***** in monthly electric bills and we have gotten two since delivery. We also had to reach out to the manufacturer to get a warranty because they refused us one so at least the manufacturer can help if we need them to send out a repair service but that was never our agreement. We simply called for a service on a five year old air conditioner unit but a sales person came out and said the unit needed replacing. When contacting that sales person, no one ever responded from that day on and the company did not make our refund so now for the grief they caused, we will not be contacting them again and ask the public to be careful when dealing with this company and if its not on th truck and they allready ordered to never let these people back into their homes. They are never welcome back here  and we request they stay off our property. They ignored my complaint and did not respond in 30 days and months later ask us to contact them again. Very poor bussiness.

      On 07/17/2024, we received a phone call from And Services stating they knew nothing about any thermostat and had no services scheduled for our address in the past year. Shortly after a vehicle showed up in our drive and placed a type written message in our mailbox stating they were trying to get ahold of us without success. They mentioned nothing about our refund which is still pending. We immediately texted message every number on the letter again and emailed the company. A copy of texts attached. Again we feel tricked that they tried to install an air conditioner unit that was other than we paid and we refused it so they did replace that but left us with the cheep thermostat that is not WiFi and our contract specifically says WiFi thermostat, which is hundreds of dollars more than what we received so we requested a full refund of the thermostat because we do not trust them to enter our home again.

I see that yes indeed you were supposed to receive a wifi enabled thermostat with you system. Unfortunately our install team didn't have one at the time of install so they put the temporary thermostat to get the system up and running for the client. We returned with the correct thermstat and were not able to install it because of scheduling discrepencies. We are willing to refund the client the difference of $350 to rectify the issue. Please let us know that this is a satisfactory resolve so we can take care of this for you?

      On April 18th I contacted And services for some emergency service on my ac unit, A service man for the company ****** came out and we discussed the problem. I had pulled my boat out from alongside the house and forgot to disconnect the extension cord that was charging my boat. The cord surprisingly pulled the entire unit away from its original placing. Once **** assessed the problem, he told me that I would need all the electric would have to be reinstalled and all the copper to be replaced as well. I asked if this was totally necessary because the copper pipes did not seem to be damaged. He then made a phone call to his boss and described the situation. His boss told him that this would still be necessary because they were worried that the elbow up in the ceiling may have gotten twisted and leak and cause the unit to run dry. I agreed to go along with their assessment seeing how they are the pros. I never received a copy of the original estimate and when I asked for it, I never received one. I also asked for a copy of the charges showing me what work had been performed. I was sent via email a receipt with only the amount of money charged. I have called at least 3 or 4 times I am always told that someone will call me back with an explanation, but they never do. This is totally unprofessional, and something needs to be done with companies like this. I would never recommend this company to nobody. THEY ARE BIG FAT LIARS AND CHEATS.
