      The level of customer service we received from ********************** was top notch. Even when I was speaking to a different person when I called in, they had my account and information pulled up and were ready to answer my questions in a timely manner. Thank you ********* and **** for coming out and doing all of the hard work in the attic and we appreciate you coming out and getting this taken care of.

      Comfort All Stars has been an incredibly responsive, dedicated and professional HVAC company to work with. We are so happy to have found them after unfortunate experiences with three other companies. Recently, Robert, Todd, John and Ben worked together to fix a problem we had with a new AC unit in my daughters condominium. Robert and Todd coordinated the work schedule with John and Ben who came on site. They also arranged for their sub-contractor Alan from Mason Home Improvement to finish up the drywall and painting and be there at the same time John and Ben were there. All of them did meticulous work, they came right away and didn't leave until the problem was totally solved. They demonstrated excellent teamwork making sure that each was aware of what the other was doing. Prior to this, Comfort All Stars has been doing a wonderful job maintaining our home HVAC system at very reasonable prices. We signed up for a twice a year maintenance contract with them which was definitely the right thing to do. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking for a reliable, honest and professional HVAC company.

      Don't trust. Poor knowledge. Lies.. They present anti-religious attitudes. They claim to have a Christ-centered approach, far from it. They contacted me saying they bought my warranty from a company that went out of business, lied. They were not anymore involved than any other company could be. Service manager Gary came to my house 3 times, assessment fee of $90.00 paid. Did not bring a multimeter to measure anything. After the 3rd time gave diagnoses and a $2000 estimate over the phone. Asked why the problem was not seen the first time. Claimed water damage. Person on the phone got ugly "Look here's the deal". I got mad and stated "No Biden Jr, here is the deal" and hung up. By the end of the day my ac was fixed by ***************** for under $750.00. Electronic problem.

      We are very sorry that this homeowner is in this situation, however we did not cause it or create it. She contracted with Freedom Heating and Air Condtioning's Tampa location to install a new unit sometime in 2018/19. The Tampa location was a partnership between a local contractor and Freedom heating out of Birmingham Alabama. They subsequently closed there Tampa office to due unscrupulous behavior by the local owner. The owner in Alabama reached out to us and asked if we would honor any 1st year warranties as well as any prepaid maintenance agreements. As I knew the person from Alabama, I agreed to help out however we did not BUY anything nor did we ever state we did. We record every phone call and have verified that at no time did we tell this client that we bought a warranty.
      The air conditioner installed in this home is installed incorrectly and to the best of our research has never even permitted. T the best of our research it was not serviced as well in over 2 years.
      When we arrived recently, we found the unit to be fully saturated with water due to a drain issues but also due to the fact that the unit is installed below the drain pan which is a violation of code and a improper way to install it.
      We quoted to remove the air handler, remove all of the damaged and saturated insulation, replace the insulation with new, re install the unit correctly and verify that a permit is pulled and a final inspection was done.
      If ***************** was able to do all that for $750, then that is awesome and we are pleased that she was able to get it done. If however, they did not obtain a permit, reinstall the air conditioner correctly, and have the system inspected; then the homeowner is still at risk as she has a potentially hazardous situation in her home.
      I wish there was more we could have done, however she wanted the work done for free and we simply could not do that. The unit is out of its 1st year warranty and we can find no other warranties having ever been filed or existing. We provided her with the people to contact in Alabama and also offered to assist but she did not allow us to do so.
      We will be happy to refund the $89 she paid us and pray she finds the solution she needs to insure her comport and the longevity of the air system.
