    I purchased a ****** unit just over a year ago. I have had to call for service every other month throughout the past year. Every time they come out, they blame me for the outage and threaten to void my warranty if I don't do what they say. After they leave, I make the suggested changes and the unit breaks again. At this time, they refuse to fix the unit and are blaming another company that came out to clean the unit, per their suggestion. Staff is rude when I call office and do not return calls. I have been out of AC and heat more than the unit has worked.

    I apologize you are having these issues. As you know, the previous four visits were due to a impacted evaporator coil that we recommended on each occasion to be cleaned.
    The most recent visit for a no heat Is a result of a communication error issue which we believe is related to the other company having taken the unit apart and put it back together.
    we have not refuse service. We have simply asked that you provide us with the invoice and any pictures taken during the repair made by the other company so that we can see exactly what they did and come up with a plan to correct any issues that youre having.

    If you will send that documentation to us, we will be happy to help you with a way moving forward

    The level of customer service we received from ********************** was top notch. Even when I was speaking to a different person when I called in, they had my account and information pulled up and were ready to answer my questions in a timely manner. Thank you ********* and **** for coming out and doing all of the hard work in the attic and we appreciate you coming out and getting this taken care of.
