Paid $1,800 on 2/10/ or 2/13/2022.I called around 11/2021, and explained the problem that some type of animal was in the walls of my home.Estimate was given that it was a flying squirrel and there were no holes in the attic. I asked ***** if they could remove it and she said, yes. If ***** would have said no, I would have never paid the money. The noise was continued to be heard in the walls of my house from the time they sealed and unto this very day. I made calls to them repeatedly that nothing changed. They finally sent someone to come in to hear the noise. *********************** and ************************* (employees of the Co.), they heard a noise and said it did not sound like an animal. ********************* came out in 11/22, heard the noise and said he would get back with me in a couple of days. ***** came out heard a noise and said it didn't sound like an animal. After, a week and a half, I didn't hear from the company. I called and ***** answered the phone and he claims that **** never got back with him and he would call me back. ***** called back, the next week and said **** said it was a lizard he heard. **** was standing at the door of the back bedroom, the noise was so loud he went up to the front of the house and heard it and said it's coming from there and pointed up to the attic. (If that was a lizard it's an iguana). A camera was supposably, put in the attic and they said they didn't see anything. (After this, how do believe it was turned on). I talked with ***** on 1/30/23, and he stated he would call me back on 2/1/23, that's when he's released from the doctor, never heard from him. I called and left a message, no return phone call.I was repeatedly asked, why are there no holes in the attic, they told me in the beginning there are no holes in the attic. I told ***** his wife was rude, he stated she was going thru something. They have the Nerves and the Audacity not to return my call, after I paid them to do a job, they claimed they could do.
