    I've been more than patient with this sewage issue in my apartment (for over 30 days) and it still has not been solved. I have not been able to ever really live in the apartment because breathing in sewage air has made me sick. I started moving in the last week of October and noticed the smell became strong days after. It is November 30th, and the issue is still not solved, and I have followed up multiple times a week since the first of November with the leasing office. I have only been able to stay in my apartment THREE nights in total out of the 30+ that I've been moved in. Breathing in toxic air has been a big concern for me because I have an autoimmune disease and I got very sick instantly after moving in. This has caused huge inconveniences because I also have a pet that I needed to make accommodations for, which proved to be difficult. There were multiple times when I called the office and was told I'd need to get a call back, and never did. While everyone was friendly from a customer service standpoint, there were multiple inconsistencies and inaccuracies of details on when things would be resolved which makes me lack trust that this or further issues would be resolved. By not giving me an accurate timeline or details, I was unprepared to prepare for my accomodations since I could not live in this building. Also there's an agreeance amongst my neighbors in the building that getting broken things fixed is a big pain and comes at the detriment of the health of the residents in the building. ***** said the sewage issue has been going on since May. That's over 6 months of this being unresolved and I do not trust that this or future issues will be fixed. I want to terminate my lease and they're not granting it. As other reviewers have said, do not rent here. The owners are awful and dont care about your health and safety at all.

    Company installed Water Irrigation system and has it connected to the meter attached to the house. Water bills got in excess of $500 and $600 to which they billed Tenants over half. Complained to previous property manager and was told sprinkler system was supposed to have its on meter. She said she would credit a portion of new bill. Received another large bill and complained again. Found out that manager no longer works for the company. Have been dealing with the new Regional Manager Angel O and he says I’m responsible for the large bills. Refuse to return calls and is never available when you go into office. Finally made contact with him and he was very upset that I continue to inquire about the bill. Saying “ don’t pay it, I’ll take it out of your deposit. You’ll be moving out soon.” I assume insinuating that he’s NOT renewing my lease. Been in Tampa for 7 years and worse rental experience by far. Office staff are not friendly once you sign on the dotted line. Beware.

    ***Incorrect rent charge- over charged by $450. It has been over a week and they still have not issued a refund. Been emailing back and forth but can never speak to manager directly on the phone or in person. Manager is not in today and will not be able to respond until Monday. I am disputing the charge with my bank. Issues since day one of moving in 1.AC leak multiple times 2.Ac broken multiple times- had to put in a portable multiple times and replace 3.Dishwasher broken- had to replace 4.Toilet leak 5.Faucet leak- had to replace 6.Microwave numbers 7,8,9 do not work 7.Roaches- had to have someone spray multiple times- lived in ******* for 7 years in apartments and never had an issue before 8.Incorrect NEA charges multiple times- something was incorrectly set up with ac unit which made my meter run constantly and was charged an extreme amount 10.Saturday early morning workers making noise on roof 11.**** stops randomly due to construction- spoke with spectrum- workers must be touching something 12.***** left on ground from workers for dogs to get 13.Door tapped off once when I came home from work where I could not enter my apartment- no notice 14.Door tapped off again at 5pm where I could not enter my apartment. Went to the gym on property for 30 min. Came back and door was tapped again and freshly spray painted. Workers left for residents to figure out themselves- again no notice 15.Gym closed with absolutely no notice 16.Had to call cops multiple times because people are at the pool partying at 3am- thought you were putting locks on the gates 17.Grill usually out of gas- grills dont work unless you use a lighter-thought you were replacing those
