Do NOT try to buy products off of the IronmanStore.com website!!! Since it seems impossible to leave a review, or speak to a human, at IronmanStores.com, this is my only place to review the store for the Ironman organization. The absolute lack of customer service is shocking. I have had an order status marked complete for weeks although one item has never been delivered. I have created a service ticket on the store website and have not received a single communication beyond the automated receipt of concern. I have followed up with emails and have not received a response. Considering the amount of money my spouse has spent with this organization, including a couple of race entry fees that she had to cancel due to health issues that Ironman was unwilling to refund, the continued disrespect assures we will not continue to give this organization money.

I registered for an Ironman **** event under Ironman's Flex 90 program. The Flex 90 program is advertised as a "Fee-Free Transfer" program. The Ironman website states that to request a transfer, a customer should email the race-specific contact. The Ironman website also states: "Expect to hear back from IRONMAN within three business days." I have emailed them 4 times over the course of the last month. I've filed 3 tickets on Ironman's athlete portal. I've also reached out to the race organizers at the event that I'd like to transfer to. All of my requests have gone unanswered.I would highly recommend customers avoid using Ironman's Flex90 program as it relies on humans monitoring their email inboxes.

If I could give 0 starts I would. This company steals peoples money and has no customer service, and no way to contact support staff via phone within the organization. Be warned signing up for one of their races! You will inevitably lose your money if anything life related happens that would warrant a change to your race day.

Very disappointing. I ordered a custom frame in early november which i never received. In late december I was told it had shipped, that was a lie. Then 2 weeks ago (mid jan), i was told it would ship that day. Another lie. **************** was very unhelpful blaming their vendor. They will not provide a phone number and unresponsive via email. This was a christmas gift that now over 2 months after ordering this, they cancelled my order since they have no idea why the vendor wont respond.

I registered for the Savannah half. When the race got cancelled in April, I received an email giving me my options: Receive a refund, or get a free registration for a different race. Refunds, the email said, could take until May 31 to process. I opted to receive a refund and clicked the appropriate button. I never heard back from anyone, but didn't think too much of it because I knew that it could be a month or so before the refund got processed. The next communication I got from them was an email congratulating me on signing up for the San Antonio half and asking me to complete my registration. I replied, explaining that I had asked for a refund, and was told that, without documentation to support that claim, they couldn't help me. I explained that I did my part and shouldn't be penalized for their failure to reply. Several emails have been exchanged, each one more patronizing than the one before. I doubt I will ever see that $130, but I am certain that I will never run another Rock 'n' Roll event.
