    I paid ******* to have my catalytic converter replaced by this mechanic. He refuses to provide a receipt, discuss the services he performed, and he had me pay them via Zelle transfer. The mechanic blocked my number so I cannot get my money back.

    This verbal response was taken by BBB.

    This customer brought his 2013 Infinity in on March 28 to replace his catalytic converters. Service was provided the following day. Upon picking up the car his noticed the heat shield was making a noise and that was repaired.

    In order for his Check Engine light to stop coming on, the customer was instructed to bring in his upper and lower O2 sensors and we would install them free of charge.

    If he did not provide the O2 sensors, it would void the warranty on the catalytic converters that had just been replaced.

    A refund will not be provided as services were provided. For a receipt, please go to your Zelle account.

    Your number has not been blocked. I will no longer speak to your over the phone as I will not tolerate verbal abuse.

    The offer to install ****** sensors at no cost still stands.
