    My contract with that company was 850 usd to tow my 2 vehicles from **************, **** to ***********, ***And just before I gave them the information needed for pick up from the auction. They texted me and said that their price went up to 1350 usd, a thirty eight percents increase. I certainly believed that this is a fake quote to make money out of customers.They also said that they could not refund my 250 usd deposit.

    I contacted US - cargo freight logistics llc to have my 09 Buick lacrosse transported from ********, ** to ***********, ** . When I originally spoke to **** **** he advised me the total cost would be $400 with taxes and everything included. He stated other companies would try to quote me 1 price and then raise it later but that his company would not. I advised him I would call back after price checking with other companies. That was 3/30/25. Today 4/1/25 I reached out to US Cargo- *********** to go ahead with the transaction. I spoke with a ***** ******* who also gave me a price of $400 with half up front and the other half after my car was delivered. After signing the contract and paying $200 I was called a hour later stating that the price has now gone up to $650 and $450 was due to the driver now. When I advised that I did not agree to the modification of the contract and would like to get a refund not only did they deny me a refund but insisted I wouldnt be able to get it done for cheaper and became very rude.

    Hire them to transport my vehicle on 03/13/25 from ******** AZ to ************* total was ****** with a deposit of 250 charge to my credit card. Pick up was 03/29/25 deliver day 04/03/25.They fail to fulfill the contract they did show up I spoke to several people total of 4 on the 29. They all told me they don't have a driver. They were moving the for the following week Maybe Monday I told that didn't work for me that I was flying out and I need it the car by the April 3 I ask for refund they said there no one here to give me a refund to email *** ****** this is the person that I email initially form day 1. Now I'm driving to ********** I cancel 1 day car rental and my plane ticket losing 50 dlls for the car and getting a voucher from *****************.

    Broker arrainged to have my vehicle transported from ****** ********** to **********************, brokers agent failed 2 times to pick up and on the third try picked the vehicle up and abandoned it on the side of the road 1/2 mile from pick up location. Personal items and tools were missing from the vehicle and it was towed to a local gas station incurring tow and storage charges.

    I scheduled a motorcycle transport on 2/18/25. I was told the total cost for the transport would be $500. I was instructed to pay a $200 deposit. After guaranteeing a driver and pick up date with timeframe, the day of the told me they did not have a driver. The company was unable to fulfill their commitment. I said I could potentially pick up within the next two days to be generous and give them more time since they already violated the contract. On Thursday afternoon I asked for my refund because they did not inform me of having a driver. At that time they said they had a driver (giving me no notice) and said he would be there but the cost was $1000, DOUBLE the quote. I dont have $1000 for this transport and it was too late to prepare/coordinate the bike pick up. The company is now refusing to give me back my $200. I want my deposit returned. They are thieves that bait and switch. They broke every agreement to the contract and are now citing the contract as to why they wont give me back my deposit. I have text messages to prove everything I wrote in this summary.

    On December 30th we scheduled to have a vehicle moved from ********** to *****. We were quoted a rate of $700 for the move. The pick up date was scheduled for February 18th. At this time we also paid a $250 deposit which they pulled from my account immediately.I reached out to them a few days prior to February 18th as I had not gotten confirmation of pick up window. They informed me at that time it was to be picked up between 12:00 and 3:00. By 6:00 p.m. on the 18th they still had not picked up my vehicle and I contacted them they told me the driver was in an accident and that they would try to find another one. So now they're going out to other companies and they're charging me an additional $350. This does not seem moral or ethical they had a contract for $700 the company they contracted with did not send the driver they should be responsible for the difference. They are not budging on this at all. My concern now is I will not be able to get my deposit back. I am making other arrangements to get my vehicle moved. When I talk to other companies they refer to this as the bait and hook they lowballed me on a rate knowing that when the time came they were going to be charging me a higher rate. After getting new quotes at the last minute to get this move I'm learning there is no way it could have been for the initial $700. This company has provided false estimates hooks their customers and then at the end charges them more when they feel like they have no other choice. This is bad business practice and needed to be reported

    Company quoted $950 for enclosed transport of a car with scheduled pickup on Saturday, 15 February (see quote). A $250 deposit was paid to secure the service (see deposit).On the morning of Saturday, 15 ***************** contacted the buyer via phone stating that the price of the transportation service had increased from $950 to $1800. Buyer refused the price increase and requested the pickup be canceled and the deposit refunded due to the company failing to meet the terms of their agreement. Company refused and subsequently attempted to offer "discounted" prices, all of which were in excess of the original price quoted (see texts).

    Hello my complaint with this company is due to the fact they were to transport my vehicle from ******** to ******** to ********** ******* for the amount of $350 $175 deposit $175 on arrival that all occurred and was agreed on January 30th 2025 now January 31st 2025 the drop off payment went from $175 till $400 at drop off I was not told that the full payment will be only $350 now she's telling me *** **** that is $500 I don't think that's right I asked her numerous times in the conversation would that be the full and total price now she's talking about prices change but we did not agree upon that my contract says $350 $175 deposit $175 when the car is delivered I don't think that's right they need to stop scheming people out of their money I'm a single mother of four and I don't have time to be giving nobody my money when I can be taken care of my children thank you God bless and I hope you all can help me I know that $175 may not be a lot to some people but at the end of the day that's my money and I don't think it's right even though I read the policy now it's saying a cancellation field $200 there's no refund but I think I should get my money back because she did not tell me all that I actually numerous times and it was 350 350 350 she didn't say anything about $500 I hope you can help me thank you

    Hi, received a quote from cargo freight and they told me theyd find a driver asap. I also had to put up ****** dollars. within a few days because they were having problems finding a driver and jacked up the price i c Called cargo freight and told them to cancel immediately and refund my ******$. Well, long story short they gave me the runaround about getting my money back. I had to go to my bank and file a claim. Im still waiting for my money back. They dont seem to be very honest they give you a quote then they raise the quote when you cancel they refuse to give you your money back very scary people to deal with

    SAME STORY AS EVERYBODY ELSE THIS PLACE HARRASSED ME WITH PHONE CALLS , THE VEHICLE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE PICKED UP THIS ******, THE DRIVER CONTACTED ME AND SAID THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT. US CARGO said they had another driver on the way, ***** sent me the phone number to another employee at US CAR GO , he lied to me saying the driver was on the way. After i paid my deposit all customer service went out the window. Now they are saying there is no refund, he said he provided the service by giving the truck drivers my information which all he did was text me that he couldnt pick up the car. This place is a scam stay far away. I will be disputing this transaction with my bank as the contract was not completed as far as what i signed for.STAY AWAY PLEASE.BUSINESSES LIKE THIS NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN
