He involved me in the approval and decision-making process throughout the installation progress which I greatly appreciated. ******* workmanship was superb and exact. I personally dealt with Love your Bath LLC in **************. The following is my experience and my opinion: The shower remodel purchase contract provided cancel procedure information. Their contract showed several ways to contact their office and cancel. Included they provided their cancel email to cancel the contract. Procedures according to Florida Law: Notice of the Three Day Right to Cancel. The email response that I received back when I requested to cancel my contract was: "This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently: Reason: Permanent Error". I understand that cancellation is time sensitive and penalties apply if you don't cancel in a timely manner, accordingly. Because I did not want to be penalized on a formality of not following their notification procedures, I paid $31.40 to the *********** for next day mail delivery to them to cancel. I did call: Love Your Bath Service Representatives the same day, before I mailed my cancellation. I informed them that I wanted to cancel and I'm within the Florida Law "Right to cancel time frame. I also informed them of their email fault and they each said that they were unaware of their email problem. I felt no concerned response like: hey lets check that right now. In closing, I asked for another company email so I could again email my cancellation. I was finally given another company email. A representative called me per my email request and confirmed to me that my contract was cancelled. (This process took a lot of time and energy).

Per our contract and Florida law, we promptly honor all cancellation requests made within the required timeframe. While we were unaware of any technical issues with our email at the time, we provided an alternative email address as soon as you brought it to our attention, ensuring that your request was processed.
Your contract was signed on 3/11/2025, and you requested cancellation on 3/13/2025. At 10:30 AM on 3/13/2025, we received your email, and within five minutes, your contract was officially canceled. We also personally confirmed this with you. At no point was your right to cancel at risk, and we acted in good faith to ensure your request was honored without delay.
We understand that you incurred an additional expense in mailing your cancellation and, as a gesture of goodwill, we will be refunding you $31.40 for the cost of postage. We hope it brings closure to this matter and serves to help you move forward.
