I dealt with Donna M. on equipment placement for my new bar. I asked her to be able to speak to the tech to confirm information as it involved cutting a tile countertop for the installation. She told me I was not able to but that I could ask her any questions. I believed that a hole needed to be cut in the tile for the soda gun but she told me I was wrong. I did ask Donna about the hole for the soda gun (to go through) and for the drain. She said I didn't need either but that it was a good idea to keep the current drain for future use. On day of installation, techs asked me where the hole for the gun was and I said Donna told me it wasn't needed. They were able to use the drain hole and were kind enough to cut the second hole needed for the pop lines. However, the drain issue I asked about originally was a problem as the drain did not slope the right way. This resulted in a call to the plumber and a $380 bill - as I had a plumber in early in the week, I could have had this completed done as at a fraction of the cost instead of calling them out on no notice. In addition, Donna sent me the wrong spec sheets for the ice bin which meant the hole cut through the tile is too big. I'm now faced with finding a way to fill in the open space as it will be a health hazard. Both of these issues would not have happened had I been able to speak to a tech or a tech would have been given my number to call. Donna was nothing short of rude to the point of telling me I could not go above her head. I spoke to Nancy B. about this after the fact but was never given the courtesy of a reply once she looked into it. I
