    I am a home owner that is next-door to a project that offshore design build is doing Their workers are causing significant damage to my property. They have caused one of my rear view tail lights to be broken on my car They have moved and possibly lost my flagstone pavers that is connected between the two properties. They have damaged my lawn with the constant traffic and construction materials . I have spoken with the owner ***** and have received no resolution.. Pictures can be provided.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/14) */ Thank you for notifying us of Ms. *******'s complaint. First, please be aware that Ms. ******* is not our client and never has been. She is the neighbor of our client whose home we are in the process of renovating. The complaints lodged by Ms. ******* are without merit. Regarding the flagstones that she claims we moved and possibly lost, that claim is simply false. First, our client advises us that the concrete pavers (they are not flagstone) that she references have been missing for at least five (5) years. Second, according to a survey we were provided which was performed in 2019, the pavers do not connect the properties as is alleged by Ms. *******, but reside entirely on our client's property. Finally, when we informed our client of Ms. *******'s complaint, our client authorized us to install new pavers, which we did on April 7, 2022. Ms. *******'s complaint about damage to her lawn is also false. According to the survey there is 9.2 feet between our client's residence and the property line shared with Ms. *******, which our workers use for access to our client's home. Ms. ******* apparently believes that some or all of that property belongs to her, which it does not. If Ms. ******* has a survey that shows something different, we and our client would be pleased to review it. Because of the ongoing construction, of course the lawn is being damaged. But it is our client's lawn, not Ms. *******'s. Moreover, when the construction is completed, our client's lawn will be repaired. As for Ms. *******'s complaint about a broken taillight, of that we have no knowledge. However, we have questioned each of our workers and none admit responsibility. We trust our workers and have no reason to question their credibility. We suggest that Ms. ******* make a police report or if she has any information at all as to whom may be responsible that she share it with us. We will be happy to look into it further, but without more information there is nothing we can do. Attached hereto is a copy of the survey referenced above along with a photograph showing the concrete pavers clearly on our client's property which is to the left of the stakes and string marking the property line. Offshore claims that the flagstone or concrete pavers were missing for 5 years. My Lawncare company can provide testimony that the pavers were there and either moved or taken the day of 4/2/22 or earlier.They have placed new pavers. I have pictures of the original pavers The taillight was damaged by the roofing company on 2/19/2022. A Claim was filed with my insurance company Geico on 2/20/2022 The workers for offshore have damaged my lawn and pictures can be provided of the damage on my property. The lawn was planted by Soho company and is maintained by Richie Mongiovi.The vine in the front lawn on my property has been damaged by the workers trampling and putting substances on the area.
