  I have been using FAMR fro several years now. I find the people I have worked with to be very professional and efficient. I own a small business and it is imperative that I have a current *** account. I know I can rest easy using FAMR.

  This is going into my second year. Using this firm, they are very outstanding professional people. They know how to navigate the federal system in order to get the documents in place for you to become a contractor./ Vendor After you get your license, they are there to support you through the whole process of keeping current with the new regulations.In addition to making sure that your company's getting the most current information Concerning upcoming bids. They're an ongoing resource for in addition to any other type of problems that you might encounter with your business. They have the resources and the knowledge. I would highly recommend them to anybody who's looking to have a professional group of people help them navigate through the federal agencies. There's no better person or group of people that I would recommend.

  I am disappointed with this company due to their handling of my company's information in their system, which was incorrect. Despite numerous attempts to address this issue, they failed to provide any clarification or correct the errors. This lack of responsibility and accuracy is concerning and reflects poorly on their credibility and customer service. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

  Representative or salesperson ******************************* claimed to win national cleaning service contracts at many federal offices, federal hospitals, colleges, and many federal facilities by bringing registrars to their company with her program and providing professional help in bidding on federal contracts. government. In that context we tried for many months bidding and we absolutely never managed to win any bid or contract. Later we decided to contact a bidding expert to advise us, who told us the following: 1- It is very complicated and difficult to win contracts or tenders with the government because before us there are many companies trying for a long time and honestly we will not lose any more. . your valuable time. 2.- They paid a lot of money for false promises, 3.- I had already heard and seen many cases in the same condition and situation. 3.- They have to demand that they return their money, because the modality they use is totally false. 4,- I recommend that you contact the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION and I will provide your telephone number to obtain immediate help.

  CONTACT YOUR PTAC REPRESENTATIVE FIRST at ************************************* before doing business with this company. I signed a contract with FAMR in January 2023 and it ended in January **** they wanted us to continue with a monthly subscription, which I declined. I wrote FAMR an email to express my concerns and to seek a resolution regarding the discrepancies found on the ******** website after canceling my subscription. This all happened after deciding that their service was not beneficial and that we would not continue with the monthly subscriptions. My initial investment exceeded $3,000. My understanding and the email received from the company assured me that the essential details of my company, including our logo, capability statement, and image gallery, would remain on the ******** site. This investment was also aimed at acquiring support in government contracting, which did not happen. Despite assurances that "all your information will remain intact," after the cancellation of monthly services, this has not been the case. Currently, the status is inaccurately marked as "awaiting verification," the logo has been removed, the capability statement is unavailable, and the gallery section is empty.This company tries to bully small businesses into maintaining services that they can receive for free from their PTAC representative, which is unacceptable. It is important to note that as a small business, I expect our basic profile details to be maintained accurately per the initial agreement and investment. I am writing this review because I do not want anyone else to experience what I did in trying to start my business. Contact your PTAC!

  Have not used them, my industry Naics code did not pull valuable contracts, within the year subscription. I landed a contract on my own. They were very nice when I needed my capability statement updated, but I also created another one, free.

  Ive invested a significant amount for their premium package to include attorney fees to update required business forms at their request but apparently my company does not qualify for SDVOSB certification due to residence and business location. I am unable to change my place of residence due to dependent medical condition and childrens hospital location, as many service members have. A full account of my situation regarding retirement from active duty, home of residence, and other companies in which I own were presented during the initial selling of this package.I was also informed that I would have access to a qualified contracting specialist for a year to assist with solicitations, RFIs, proposals, etc. I was then informed after purchase was made that the contracting specialist that is assigned can only assist with navigating the portal. I have extensive experience in the military as a COR and logistics NCOIC. I knew exactly what questions to ask regarding support requirements with contracting. The fact that they claim to assign you a contracting specialist who does not assist with anything involving bidding on a contract is ridiculous.Ive experienced extreme unsatisfactory support and assistance once my card was charged and this premium package was sold to me. Ive experienced no noticed canceled meetings, no response emails, and horrific customer service. I was told a manager would reach out to me in order to assist with my situation and have not been contacted as of yet.Its unacceptable for a business entity like FAMR to mislead retired veterans in this way who are just tying to make a living and support their family. This is unacceptable! I would like to request a record of the full phone conversations *** had with this team in order to support my legal team.

  Jalecia was a significant support. She assisted me in obtaining my EIN number and helped me navigate the various phases of the program. She was kind, pleasant, thoughtful, and patient. I appreciate her workmanship and professionalism.
