Amazing service!!! **** is outstanding!!! We love the cabinets and highly recommend this company!

Quality control is non-existent - original order takes a long time (expected) but nearly every door and cabinet end panel came with major dents/scratches/bubbles. Multiple cabinet boxes came damaged as well. Customer service was really helpful in getting those reordered but there is no rush so the project was delayed considerably. One of the base cabinets had damage but because of the extended replacement order time we just had to use it to we could get the lower cabinets, sink, counters, etc installed. They sent paint in cans for the major touch ups we needed to do but failed to mention it required a sprayer and didn't send the correct instructions or formula for mixing the paint. Cabinets have been installed for 6 months and the end panel on our pantry cabinet formed two huge cracks running top to bottom that we will somehow need to replace. Pricing was OK, especially during sales but I won't use this company again due to the quality issues and the extended delays required for reorders.

The contractor for my kitchen remodel recommended a couple of local sources for cabinets. One came to the house and the other i visited in a showroom. As I was learning more about cabinets and design. I googled cabinet design software and came across this companys website. The software was amazing and in a couple of fun hours I had the cabinet sizes and configurations just how I envisioned them. The local came back with a drawing and did not have the color that I was looking for. My first intention for visiting the site was just to use the software. Since I had spent so much time on designing, I decided to submit for a quote. **** was assigned to work with me and within a couple of days, she corrected my rookie design mistakes and make some expert recommendations. The quote came back and both me and my contractor were pleasantly surprised. Not only with the price but with all the extras, such as trim and crown. Then I was concerned for that price, the color would be off or the quality lacking. I requested a sample and when it came in, the color was perfect and had no concerns over quality. After a couple more adjustments, such as adding windows to a couple cabinets, we finalized the quote and I submitted the order. I am looking forward to getting my cabinets in and seeing our design come to life. So far my experience with this company is 5 stars. Thank you, ****!

I was very skeptical on ordering something like kitchen cabinets online. My thought was there would need to be an in-house designer with a showroom you would walk around and be pressured into making a decision, much like buying a car. Working with *********************** from cabinets.com proved there is a better way! Working this online with the expertise of ******************, his patience, insight, professional opinion, and problem solving was the best I have experienced. With the heart of a teacher, not a salesman, there were a lot of details my wife and myself were able to consider in the comfort of our home with blue painters tape on the floor to get a real feel for the kitchen remodel. Due to his experience of designs, trends, and architectural knowledge for egress we were able to improve storage, utility, workflows and create an entirely different feel for our growing family. He asked important questions and offered different versions to show the impacts with our thoughts on paper. The variations were most helpful as we were clear on our budget constraints, and we were able to make slight alterations that saved money over the entire scope of the project. The process was very smooth, and this truly gave us a roadmap to plan for other aspects from the appliances to the plumbing, and electric, needed for the project. I will certainly use cabinets.com again with professional expertise that came from ***********************.

I placed my cabinet order on February 5th and did not receive all of my items until July 27th. First shipment came April 6th that was missing a cabinet (never located), multiple missing items (end panels/skins, shelves), and 4 damaged cabinets. I submitted a claim online for the missing cabinets and items as well as damaged cabinets. I could not have been any clearer about the issues and the types cabinets that were being claimed with pictures as requested. Yet there was a bunch of confusion on customer services end. In the end it took over 7 shipments for me to receive all my items. I had to call off work multiple times to be home to receive all these shipments. Received the wrong cabinets, cabinets, damaged cabinets, and multiple doors had paint defects. I was on the phone or sending emails with customer service multiple times a week for months trying to sort everything out. I highly regret giving this company my money and would advise anyone to steer clear. There were issues with the cabinets I received that Ive just had to accept because there were so many much larger issues with my order. It was truly a nightmare of an experience.

We contacted Cabinets.com among 2-3 other cabinet companies. All the designs we received fro other companies were good, but the design we received from *********************** was exceptional. He has such attention to detail and it shows in his work. He ended up doing 5 versions of our new kitchen and he never complained when we had another change or update. He took the time to talk to us on the phone with questions that we had and went above and beyond our expectations.I love this company because they are USA made cabinets and their prices are better than the other companies that we were looking at, plus they come fully assembled. I am really excited to see my new kitchen in real life. Thanks a million to **** for making it all possible.

We worked with *************************** from the very beginning of our project where she helped us design our new kitchen and bathroom layouts. She was very patient with us as we made dozens of changes throughout the process. Her expert advice was invaluable. Several times after reviewing an updated design, we'd find something we didn't expect only to find out we needed it based on our new design. She was super easy to work with, very friendly and always responded to our questions/updates in a timely manner. When the cabinets arrived, we found a few issues, but ******* worked with us to get them resolved quickly. We couldn't be happier with the look and quality of our new cabinets. They are a great value and we love that they are made right here in the ***!
