    I went to have my car audio system looked at as it was not working properly. The owner Mohammed sated I need an additional battery to allow the system to work correctly and also said they would charge $360.00 I agreed to this and the installer worked on the car for about 2-3 hrs . The owner and the installer got into an argument about the installer wiring 2 of my three car amps the installer and I though that was apart of the deal but I guess he didnt charge as for the 3rd amp so the owner began asking me if I paid the guy under the table 20.00 to do the 3rd amp and I said no. After auguring and cursing the installer out the installer finally finished my car but did not test it before giving it to me and I tested it before I left the property and it was not working. One of the other installer look at it and got 1 of the 3 amps working . I felt something was wrong but its began POURING down rain and I left and long story short the wiring caused the car amp to catch fire and I was basically trapped in the car as it was POURING rain and had to pull over to a gas station which was not safe as well. I called the owner once I got home he said to bring it in the next day which I did and he denied any wrong doing became belligerent and had another installer look at it and he said the amp is no good well I assumed that as it caught fire . I asked the owner to replace 1 of the three amps and he said **** no and I advised I would leave a bad review on the web and he said he doesnt care. He has since fired the guy and while I was in there both days he always bad mouthed his customers and employees. This guy has no clue on what he is doing nor his employees.

    Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/08/18) */ Business response taken verbally by BBB: They guy had 2 18000w 1 ohm amps, which is a lot of power. This customer is a con artist. The model number is txp1. I have never seen anyone put 2 18000w 1 ohm amps with only 1 battery to push it. He installed the amps himself and when he brought it in we told him he can't run 2 18000w 1 ohm amps on 1 battery. 1 amp was bad due to low power draw due to his own installation without a second battery. We only installed the battery to help resolve the power issue but the amps he installed are his own problem as we did not install or damage them. The low voltage due to lack of power damaged his amps as he didn't install the proper amount of batteries to power them.

    I purchased a stereo from this store and had under warranty. I called them after the the radio went out less than a week later and I love out of state. The guy I spoke to was Mike. He blamed the issue on me and told me to fix it myself. I asked him if I could go to a local shop and have them test it and tell him what the issue is. After they tested it and said it was the radio itself, he then told me to send it in. After I asked him if they would cover the shipping, he got hostile with me and I got defensive. He told me to come back to the store so he could "**** and **** in my mouth because I talk too much" and hung up on me. I am unsure of what to do at this point because I've never had a company treat me this way after giving me a bad product.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/15) */ This response was taken verbally by BBB: After review of this complaint we are advising the customer if she returns the item we will exchange it and we will also reimburse her the cost to ship it to us but she will need to send the shipping receipt in the package to show the amount it cost her. This is normally not something that we would do since she is no longer in FL but we want to resolve her concerns as we have been in business for 30+ years in good standing.
