      I have been trying to get my refund since January 2022. I have been calling them and I sent them two (2) letters and they have not even acknowledged my letters or phone calls. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income I need my refund of ($174.00).       I just received a bunch of cbd gummies and capsules from Botanical Farms and I never ordered them and they tried to charge me for all of them! I am on my way to the post office to send them back! I declined the payment and if that does not work, I plan to notify the authorities and let them take care of this scam. Also, for anyone that is being scammed, there is a site you can turn them in. IC3.gov! It is FBI site and if you are an senior citizen being scammed like I am, there is a place on their site to report elder abuse!

      Instead of being delivered my order is bieng held at *** for pickup. I contacted *** who stated only the sender, Botany Farms, could change the delivery option. After 3 days of back and forth with customer service they stopped responding to me. I can't pick up the package as I am recovering from an operation. And I also shouldn't have to as I want delivery to my home. I also can't send someone else to pick it up. Only Botany can change the shipping option. And they won't!!!!!! They have my money, I do not have my product and Botany will not call *** to have them deliver to my home. Worst customer service I have ever had. I want what I payed for delivered or I want a refund.

      I bought these gummies because they said they were organic and I got them home. They Lied. These are filled with corn starch and sugar. Then they have artificial flavoring along with cancer causing FD&C yellow,red,blue. I thought I was getting healthy , organic means nothing to these people. I can't return them/ can't get a hold of them. This company need to be held accountable/ closed down and fines. I will throw them away.

      Ordered one bottle was sent three charging ******. Promptly returned to Smyrna to and it was picked up in smyrna on 1/22/22. Been dealing with credit card company and they say they keep changing address so cant catch up with them. After a year of trying to get refund the credit card company says we have to deal with botanical farms directly. Where? We have had to pay interest on this purchase for one year. I have post office receipt where they picked up. Total scam!!!

      I was also scammed for $199.98 when I ordered 2 bottles at $ 59.98 I was not allowed to send them back nor was I given a refund. This is a total scam with no recourse for the customer. Like some others I am retired and on a fixed income. I have lost faith. They are getting rich thru unfair business practices. I could not stop the bank from paying for the charges because they lied like I ordered all 6 bottles. They should be shutdown for stealing from old people.

      I placed an order on line for 2 bottles of CBD gummies for a price of $59.88. I stupidly gave them my credit card number. I was charged $199.88. I have never received ANYTHING from your company. I have written several letters and sent e-mail stating such with no response. I filed a claim with my bank for fraud. Your company responded with a bunch of lies saying that I had ordered the items and they were sent to my address. I did not sign anything nor did they have any proof of my order. I received NOTHING. And the bank dismissed my claim because I could not prove that I did NOT receive them. I am outraged because they lied and swindled me out of $199.88. I am retired and on a limited income. ashamed. Please help. After reading ALL these other complaints, is there no relief??? Is there a class action? If so, I'm in. They do not deserve even ONE star review. but cannot leave one star because the computer won't take my complaint.

      I had the same exact experience as All of the reviews I read about this phony business. I lost the same amount of money as one of the complaints. Botanical Farms has no intention of providing justifiable refunds to customers. They mislead us about price and viability of their worthless products. Then they keep our money. They should be shut down, and the BBB should exert their influence to govt. agencies to see that that happens.

      I AGREE WITH ALL THE REVIEWS..i ORDERED 2 BOTTLES FOR $79 AND RECEIVED 7 THAT I DID NOT ORDER.. WAS CHARGED $59 PLUS $199. i CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID I HAD TO RETURN ALL BOTTLES WHICH I DID..WHEN I RECEIVED MY CHARGE BILL WAS STILL ON THE BILL.. SAID COULD ONLY REFUND ME $189 BECAUSE OF A RESTOCKING FEE!!!! i HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM SINCE JAN....THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT REFUND MY CHARGE CARD...THEY WOULD SEND ME AN ECHECK...HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IT...BUT IT COULDNT BE CASHED ACCORDING TO MY BANK ANYWAY;..SO IM OUT $260 PLUS i HAVE NO PRODUCT.. THIS IS A SHORT VERSION OF WHAT I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH WITH THESE PEOPLE..I I TRIED TO CALL TODAY AND NUMBER NO LONGER IN SERVICE..iMAGINE THAT..THIS IS TERRIBLE...PLEASE HELP
