    Defy Medical LLC has neglected me for over a year and last time I decided to cancel my consultation and medication also. They cancel everything including the medication, (I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY MEDICATION) but DEFY MEDICAL LLC charted me anyways $125 on 05/20/2024 on my ************ Debit card, and company doesnt want to refund me! **** DDA PUR AP ******. We at Defy Medical strive to provide a superior patient experience, and we regret to learn that ***'s recent visit on May 22nd, 2024, with our licensed APRN, ******, did not meet her expectations.     We have reviewed ****************** client history and can confirm that the total cost rendered was $125 for the services provided to her on 5/22/24. There were no additional charges for medications or products at that time, so Defy Medical does not owe the customer any additional money. Given her notification that she has chosen another healthcare provider to continue her care, as a courtesy to the customer, we will issue a full refund of $125 to the credit card used for her visit.
    We sincerely hope she finds the care she deserves with her new clinician.
