Global Trust Management keep calling me about a loan that I have no knowledge of I have ask them to please stop calling me and they keep calling from different numbers. ************. The last time they said they were from ******** and I had a problem with my ******** account. Then another person came on line stating that I had refused to pay this loan back. very unprofessional and when I told them that it was not my loan and to stop calling me the person insisted it was.Business response

Calling regarding a loan for $3192.16 from 12/16/2020 that was taken out under my email address. I did not apply for loan. Was told the money was deposited in a ******** account #****, I do not have an account with this bank or this account number. A Jeanette H. is calling me and harassing me and calling my daughter. I would like the calls to stop as this is not my debt nor information. I am contacting my attorney and the FTC if they do not stop. The phone number that I was given is XXX-XXX-XXXX which is not and never been my number. I do not have any information on said loan other than that my email was used. I do not use the email address that was used except for junk mail.Business response

I received a call at my job yesterday that I should call this company because it is an attorney's office and she is on her way to serve me court papers, she then said that they have been trying to serve at my house but no one has came to my house at all. So I called the number that she gave me to call and gave them the case number in which I was then told that I owe money and that if I don't pay that I will be in court. I told her let me call and get to the bottom of this because I didn't do a loan myself so someone must have used my information, she responded and said good luck. I then receive another call about 2:00pm at my job again asking what is the procedure and protocol because she is on her way to serve papers for court once again, I couldn't call the number she called from due to it being a 1211 number that showed up so I called the XXX-XXX-XXXX number that she'd given me previously and told the representative do not call my place of work anymore because at this point they are harassing me, if papers are going to be served just come and serve them. She replied, "NO, we will continue to call until we serve the papers!" I said again do not call my job again, as I tried to explain that someone may have gotten this loan in 2017 but it was not me, she then asked me was a list of things my information and I said yes but I didn't obtain a loan. She responded, "see you're lying, it was you and now you're in trouble!" Totally unprofessional, I DO NOT WANT THIS COMPANY CALLING MY JOB ANYMORE...it's very embarrassing and harassment at the highest level. If not I will get a lawyer involved.Business response

I have been contacted a number of time by phone and by mail by Global Trust Management, llc concerning a debt that they are claiming that I owe. I have informed them on these occasions that the loan in question was not taken out by me and is a fraudulent claim. I have never taken out an internet loan. The information that they have provided: GTM Acct#. ******** Current balance $3103.94 Original creditor: ********** Original Acct#. ******** Current Creditor. ********************* SEVICED BY: GLOBAL TRUST MANAGEMENT, LLC *************************** Tampa Fl, 33623-6244 ************** All contact is to cease and desist. They keep calling asking for payment on a loan that is not my husbands. They give me the last 4 of a SSN that is not my husbands. They can provide no proof of the loan other than saying it was applied for online in MN. We do not live in MN. They keep saying they are going to send us something, and they never do. They gave us some vague information to file a police report, the police officer looked at it and said they could not do anything with the vague info. I want them to leave us alone!!!!!Business response
