I am writing this letter to bring your attention that I am NOT satisfied with your quality of services provided at Strategic Financial Credit Solutions, LLC. I'm talking about the services I took on September 29, 2021, and I want to let you know how disappointed and upset I am that you and your company failed to provide. When I begin this journey with you, I was excited that you would be able to provide what you said you could do; however, you have failed me miserably. I expected you to deliver what you promised which was the following:  1. Platinum Package $1500 2. Covers all 3 credit bureaus 3. Aggressive Strategies 4. Unlimited Disputes 5. Includes Tradeline 6. 20% off Additional Tradelines  I paid you $1500 up front on September 29, 2021, by *****. From time I paid you, you failed to provide what was not only outlined, but what you promised me verbally. On December 17, at 6:28pm, I sent you a message expressing my disappointment of your services. Your response back to me at 6:22pm was "What's going on"? Due to the unprofessionalism of yourself and company, I told you I had to get someone else to work on my credit report because nothing was removed. Your response was silence, but you had no problem taking my money up front.  So, I did some investigating myself, and hear is what I found out is authentic and transparent. In determining whether a credit repair company is legitimate, be particularly wary of companies that do or say the following things, none of which are in your best interest:  1. Ask you to pay before services are rendered. 2. Fail to tell you your legal rights 3. Suggest a new credit identity 4. Advise you to dispute everything on your credit report that is accurate.  The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Florida Office of the Attorney General both enforce federal and state credit laws designed to protect your right to receive, use and maintain credit.Business response

Again we offer a service of information NOT credit repA!IR CLIENT PAYS US FOR A CONSULTATION AND EDUCATION! WE PROVIDED THOSEE SERVICES AS YOUL'LL SEE IN THE VIDEO... CLIENT DID PAY US FOR OUR INFORMATION NOT CREDIT REPAIR! I ALSO HAVE A VIDEO TESTIMONIAL OF THE CLIENT EXPRESSING HER SATISFACTION OF THE INFORMATION SHE PUT INTO ACTION AND LIKED THE RESULTS. CLIENT CLEARLY RECIEVED WHAT SHE PAID FOR AND NEEDS TO STOP THE NONSENSE TRYING TO MONEY GRAB! THANK FOR YOURTIME AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO MOVING ON FROM THIS.....
