I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. 1. Hi, good, I went to one of the Suncoast branches to open an account and they would lend me money to pay 2 cards that I owe to have only one account and with little interest it turns out that one of the accounts could make the transaction well but the other they sent the money to an address I never gave them and now another bank of the account owed isBusiness response

We appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns. We've partnered with our Credit Card department for a thorough review of this matter. After further research, that team was able to obtain an image of the cleared check and it was shared with **** ***** for their additional research. Our records confirmed, you were able to speak with someone in our credit card department and it was explained a conference call with you, Suncoast and ********** is needed to further handle this matter. At your earliest convenience, please return the credit card department phone attempt for further assistance. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2021/09/13) */ I went to the bank in July 2020 to pay off a credit card the person who attended me asked me for account number and ID then asked me for the ********** card I wanted to pay off and then he told me that's all. I already sent the $ 2,000 dollar check. You have to wait about 3 weeks for it to clear the account. Those 3 weeks passed and nothing called and reported it, they told me that no one claimed the check. And there I asked him what check and he told me the one we sent to settle your account and we will send another one, they sent it and then they took it out of my account and when I verify the ********** I still owed the money quickly, I called and reported it every day I called to see what It happened and since there came the problem, this bank told me that I had to call Home depot so that I would claim that money and I even tried and they could not give me information because I did not have an account with them why I have a credit card credit to use in ********** but it is not th Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2021/09/21) */ Thank you for your follow up response.
