      I have been paying Level One Law $606.00 a month since November 2023. They have all my information but are doing nothing to represent me as was explained in my contract with them. They have not notified my creditors. No one answers phone calls to connect with them. By now I should be getting some kind of settlement offer from at least one of the three creditors added. I signed over to Level One Law my power of attorney for all three accounts. I would like a contact of some kind as soon as possible. ***************************** ************ ***********************

      Company/"law firm" backed and ran a debt negotiation and relief payment program where they negotiate rates and pay off all ***** There is a lawsuit spanning 7 states and this company has stopped all processes in the contract and will not communicate a solution. They will not answer calls or follow up emails while they have STOLEN money from their clients. There is not direction or path out and they are not answering phones despite giving direction to call.

      Started contract Oct 2023. Paying $751.00 a month. Was told I would receive a call from an Attorney 1 month after contract. No callCalled numerous times, either no answer or when someone actually answered, I was told I need to have paid in 6 months before,I would see any progress. I received notification that they were being sued. I called and asked how can I stop this contract and how can I get my money back since nothing has been done and its now May. They told me I would have to place a stop payment and after 3 months I would get a partial refund it is now July 2024 I still have not seen any information to say my debt has been consolidated or even a call from the attorney as in the contract I signed.

      Never resolved my debt and took over $7000 from my account. Now they are being sued and I've been told my debts have not and will not be resolved. I stopped them from being able to take money from my account, but now my accounts are severely delinquent with no communication to my credit card companies.

      I started a debt resolution program with Level One in Oct 2023. I paid them biweekly to assist with resolving my debt with my creditors. I received an account levy in May and was confused how this was happening when LO is supposed to be handling all legal matters and I had heard nothing about this. Come to find out they did nothing which is how my creditor was able to garnish my wages via the court system. I was able to pull my money from the ** account to assist with this but I realized then and after speaking with the FL based lawyer they basically were understaffed and missed this. I didnt believe for a second this was a one off. I had them clear the issue to get the levy off asap and then closed my account. With them. I am request $1300 in fees back from them as they did nothing their contract said they would do and Im worse off now than I was before. I need some assistance with getting my $ back. I am also filing a complaint with the FL Bar.

      Over the past almost 2 years we have been paying Level One Law over $1000 monthly to pay off our debt. We recently found out that over the course of the past several months, Level One made at least 2 agreements with creditors, that we can prove, and never made a payment, all while still collecting bi-weekly payments from us.

      I engaged services of Level One Law in June of 2023, for debt settlement. They advised me not to speak with any of my credit card companies and they would be in touch with them to settle the accounts. They advised that the interest would stop and I would begin seeing accounts settled in 6 months and CREDIT IMPROVED if I engaged in their services. They had been taking fees up front and almost my entire payment was going to them for "fees" such as administration etc. I called after 6 months to ask if anything had been done with my accounts because I was now receiving a summons for court due to non payment - Level One Law said to email them the document and they would handle it. They did not. I called again on June 19th 2024 and asked to speak with a manager who was incredibly rude and could not give me an update on my accounts, he said they have a lawsuit against them and they are not working on anyone's accounts. I asked him if the lawyer representation that I paid for would help me with the summons and he said no they are not going to represent me, even though my contract clearly states they would represent and suits against me from the creditors. My credit score has now dropped over 200 points due to this company, and I have been robbed of time and money I could have used to work with an honest company of the creditors directly. LEVELONELAW has continued to lie and say they are working on my accounts - however today June 20th I have called all 8 of my accounts under ************************* Law to find out that NONE of them were EVER contacted by LevelOne Law to arrange settlements of my accounts. I asked ************************* Law to provide me with PROOF of any services being conducted and they refuse, I asked for a refund of the administrative and other fees and they refuse - the manager said they charged me $3493.79 in fees and would not issue a refund. On top of this, my credit score is now so low I don't qualify for any other assistance to help me consolidate and repay these debts.

      I was contacted by Level One Law and told they could resolve my financial problems incurred due to the death of my husband. I have tried to do the proper thing and pay off my bills and our joint bills. Now I have spent $5300.00 half my social security to pay these expenses. They tell you now to correspond with any debtors they will handle it. They have not contacted one of my debtors and late fees have accrued and my credit score has tanked. I cannot get a place to live and am contacting a lawyer to help me get my money back. I pray no more people will get scammed out of their pay check or social security. Please do something about this company.

      DO NOT USE this company. I paid them over $7,000 to help me and received a summons. Try to call them and I'm on hold for 90 minutes until I get someone who tells me if I don't hear from them in 10 days call back. I asked what they would do about my other accounts and was told they were not working on them at all, only the attorneys were working on summons.

      We signed up with Level One Law Group in March of 2023, to help consolidate our debt into 1 payment monthly. They told us they can help lower our CC debt & pay it off sooner.We entered into agreement w/a monthly payment of $1034.43. We were told if we get any calls,demands or papers to send them to ********** would handle it. So we did. We never missed a payment.April 2024, the Bristol County ********** Office arrived at our home & served us w/ a summons from the New Bedford District Court on behalf of Discover, one of the creditors in the program, now being represented by ********************* I immediately forwarded the summons to LL1 via their app, as that is the only communication you are allowed. I received confirmation that they received it. We then received a judgement for the plaintiff in May of *************************** for the case. I again sent the paper to LL1, but still didn't hear anything from them. On June 10th, 2024 I called LL1 after being on hold 4 hrs and 29 mins, I got a CSR who informed me due to their pending litigation all accounts have been put on hold & if I wanted to discuss the matter she would have to transfer me to the litigation ***** I opted for that & was put on hold for another 1 hr & 30mins when I was hung up on as it was ************ closed. On June 11th I called back & on hold for 1 hr and 15 mins was able to reach the litigation ***** who stated that due to only 1 page of the summons being sent over, no attorney was assigned to the case, when asked why someone wouldn't have called us regarding this, he couldn't answer it. He stated he would try & reach out to the legal department to escalate the matter, but there were no guarantees as there is already a judgement. He then transferred me to the escalation department, as I was extremely heated & frustrated. She too, stated she would escalate the case, I have NO faith its going anywhere. From April - Dec 2024 they charged me $6181.29 in service fees of the $15516.45 we paid them.
